Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a League Acquisition Coordinator based in the United States.

This role focuses on growing league and tournament business across a large entertainment network.

You’ll work closely with local center leaders and regional teams to recruit, retain, and develop leagues and tournament opportunities.

The position combines relationship management, business development, market awareness, and revenue analysis.

You’ll identify opportunities created by competitor activity, center changes, and evolving market conditions.

Your work will directly contribute to league participation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, with significant autonomy to introduce new ideas and strategies.

The role is remote for the West Coast and includes travel for meetings, recruitment activities, and tournament support.

    • Maintain acquisition tracking and complete required weekly and monthly reporting to support financial and operational visibility.
    • Work with center and regional leadership to identify gaps in league revenue, promote existing programs, and develop opportunities for incremental revenue.
    • Research competition and identify innovative approaches to expand league and tournament business.
    • Travel as needed for in-person meetings, outside recruitment activities, league visits, and tournament support.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • 3-5 years of related professional experience, ideally involving sales, business development, customer engagement, entertainment, sports, recreation, or league/tournament operations.
      • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with customers, vendors, center teams, and external organizations.
      • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and turn relationships and market insights into business growth.
      • Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, including the ability to review revenue information, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
      • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, reporting requirements, meetings, and acquisition initiatives simultaneously.
      • Strong integrity, professionalism, and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
      • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with distributed teams.
      • Willingness and ability to travel as required for league visits, meetings, recruitment activities, and tournament support.

        • Remote work arrangement for the West Coast.
        • Opportunity to work across a large, diverse network of entertainment venues and sports-related activities.
        • Collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities to take ownership and introduce innovative growth strategies.
        • Travel opportunities for in-person meetings, league development, recruitment, and tournament support.
