This role supports the delivery of scalable, reliable lifecycle marketing automation that helps customers receive timely and relevant engagement.
You will build, configure, test, deploy, and monitor automated customer journeys using established implementation standards.
Working across marketing, automation, enablement, and technical teams, you will turn approved strategies and designs into production-ready experiences.
The position combines hands-on marketing technology work with quality assurance, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
You will play an important role in ensuring automation workflows, audience logic, personalization, and customer experiences perform accurately.

Accountabilities:
Build, configure, test, and deploy lifecycle automation solutions using established implementation patterns, operational standards, and quality assurance processes.
Configure audiences, segmentation, automation workflows, personalization, and engagement logic based on approved solution designs and implementation requirements.
Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing to validate workflow functionality, data accuracy, personalization, and customer experience before production deployment.
Monitor automation performance and identify execution issues, data problems, or workflow errors that could affect customer engagement.
Troubleshoot routine implementation challenges and escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate specialists or managers.
Partner with senior automation specialists and automation managers to deliver lifecycle automation initiatives while progressively developing greater technical independence.
Collaborate with automation enablement teams to confirm production readiness, validate implementation requirements, and maintain alignment with platform standards.
Maintain accurate documentation covering automation configurations, implementation activities, testing results, operational updates, and relevant changes.
Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, automation quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing implementation insights and supporting the adoption of effective automation practices.
1+ years of experience supporting CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, campaign operations, marketing technology, or related platforms.
Practical experience configuring or supporting marketing automation, customer engagement, CRM, or similar technology solutions.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate implementation issues and determine appropriate next steps.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, quality assurance, and reliable execution.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementation activities and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Understanding of customer journey concepts, automation workflows, segmentation, testing, and quality assurance principles.
Exposure to email, SMS, or other multichannel customer engagement technologies.
Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable enterprise marketing automation platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, or other marketing technology scripting languages is a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A willingness to learn, develop technical expertise, and take on increasingly independent automation responsibilities.
