This senior role is designed for a quantitative research leader with deep expertise in complex healthcare and pharmaceutical markets.
You will lead high-visibility research engagements, with a strong focus on demand research, segmentation, and secondary data integration.
The position combines advanced methodology, analytics, strategic consulting, and executive-level client engagement.
You will translate complex datasets and business questions into actionable insights, compelling narratives, and impactful recommendations.
Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will help shape research strategy while maintaining exceptional analytical and technical rigor.

Accountabilities
- Design and lead large, complex, and high-visibility quantitative research engagements, primarily focused on demand research, segmentation, and the integration and triangulation of secondary data.
- Serve as a senior quantitative research expert, guiding research design, methodology selection, advanced analytics, data interpretation, and the resolution of complex methodological challenges.
- Oversee multiple engagements while maintaining responsibility for project quality, profitability, timelines, staffing, and overall strategic impact.
- Act as a senior client partner and trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into tailored research and consulting solutions.
- Lead high-level analysis, insight development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations that clearly communicate research findings and recommendations.
- Ensure strong technical, analytical, and methodological standards across quantitative research projects.
- Lead proposal development, pitch strategy, research methodology design, and pricing discussions to support business development efforts.
- Coach and mentor team members, strengthening quantitative capabilities, execution standards, client leadership, and professional development.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce innovative approaches, and leverage AI-enabled tools and ways of working across research activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in primary, custom healthcare market research, with significant experience working in pharmaceutical or similarly complex markets.
- Strong expertise in demand research, segmentation, and quantitative analysis.
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing nuanced quantitative research studies from methodology through insight development and presentation.
- Proficiency with SPSS or comparable analytical software, including data exploration, dataset manipulation, variable creation, and quantitative analysis.
- Strong ability to integrate and triangulate primary research with secondary data to develop robust conclusions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the creativity to explore new ideas and apply them to real-world business challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective.
- Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
