Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager based in the United States.

The Marketing Manager will help drive a fast-moving marketing organization by turning company priorities into clear plans, campaigns, and measurable execution.

This role works across paid acquisition, organic content, SEO, email, social, creative, partnerships, and other growth initiatives.

You will coordinate specialists, manage timelines and workflows, review work before launch, and ensure marketing efforts remain aligned and cohesive.

The position requires broad marketing knowledge and strong judgment rather than deep specialization in a single channel.

You will evaluate messaging, audiences, funnels, offers, campaign performance, and customer journeys while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Because the business operates in a regulated healthcare environment, you will also help integrate brand and compliance requirements into marketing processes.

This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, hands-on marketer who thrives in an early-stage environment where ownership, initiative, and adaptability are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

    • Translate company priorities into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with leadership and channel specialists.
    • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across paid acquisition, organic content, SEO, email, social media, partnerships, creative, and other initiatives.
    • Coordinate channel specialists by establishing clear priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, and expected outcomes.
    • Turn marketing strategies into execution by assigning owners, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and keeping initiatives moving efficiently.
    • Review campaigns, landing pages, email sequences, content plans, social campaigns, creative briefs, and other marketing materials before launch for quality, audience fit, messaging, brand consistency, and compliance.
    • Apply broad marketing judgment to identify weaknesses in positioning, messaging, funnel strategy, targeting, offers, or execution and recommend improvements.
    • Maintain consistency across channels and ensure marketing teams work toward shared objectives rather than operating independently.
    • Develop and improve marketing workflows covering planning, briefing, review, approval, launch, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Manage the marketing calendar and project pipeline, ensuring high-priority campaigns and initiatives remain on schedule.
    • Monitor marketing performance across channels and collaborate with specialists to understand results, identify trends, and determine appropriate adjustments.
    • Help create a connected customer journey from initial awareness and acquisition through conversion and ongoing engagement.
    • Collaborate with product, clinical, legal and compliance, design, customer support, and leadership teams on cross-functional marketing initiatives.
    • Manage agencies, freelancers, vendors, and external partners when required.
    • Provide leadership with clear visibility into marketing priorities, progress, performance, risks, opportunities, and upcoming initiatives.
    • Identify operational and strategic gaps across the marketing function and help prioritize the areas requiring attention.
    • Continuously improve marketing processes so the function becomes more organized, efficient, cohesive, and scalable as the business grows.
    • Requirements:

      • 3-6 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer, direct-to-consumer, subscription, healthcare, wellness, or technology business.
      • Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines or channels rather than specializing exclusively in one area.
      • Strong working knowledge of paid acquisition, lifecycle and email marketing, content, SEO, social media, creative, landing pages, conversion, and customer journeys.
      • Strong marketing judgment and the ability to evaluate audiences, positioning, offers, messaging, funnels, and channel strategies.
      • Ability to assess marketing initiatives from both the customer perspective and the business perspective.
      • Comfortable reviewing marketing performance and understanding core metrics across multiple channels.
      • Experience coordinating multiple campaigns, projects, or workstreams simultaneously.
      • Experience managing projects, agencies, contractors, vendors, or small teams.
      • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to turn complex or competing priorities into clear execution plans.
      • Strong quality-control instincts and the ability to identify unclear, inconsistent, off-brand, poorly targeted, or potentially noncompliant marketing work.
      • Ability to learn and consistently apply detailed compliance and brand guidelines in a regulated marketing environment.
      • Strong communication skills and confidence providing constructive feedback to specialists with deeper channel-specific expertise.
      • High ownership, curiosity, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
      • Adaptability and comfort working in an early-stage environment where priorities and requirements can change quickly.
      • Professional-level English communication skills and availability to work U.S. business hours.
      • Experience with tools such as Asana, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM and email platforms, SEO tools, or comparable marketing systems is advantageous.
      • Experience in telehealth, healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or another regulated industry is a plus.
      • Experience with subscription or e-commerce businesses, building marketing processes from scratch, reviewing regulated advertising, working with legal or compliance teams, or managing external marketing partners is also beneficial.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
        • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
        • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
        • Flexible remote-first work environment.
        • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
        • Opportunity to work within a collaborative, mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare and long-term wellbeing.
        • High level of ownership and autonomy within a fast-growing, early-stage environment.
        • Opportunity to contribute across multiple marketing channels and influence the development of scalable marketing systems and processes.
        • Professional growth opportunities as the marketing function and organization expand.
