Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager (for DTC/E-Commerce) based in United States.

This is a hands-on marketing role supporting a fast-growing direct-to-consumer menswear brand with a primarily U.S. customer base.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to keep campaigns, creative, and channel execution consistently high-quality.

The role spans paid acquisition, email, SEO, affiliate marketing, CRO, and organic social, giving you broad exposure across the marketing ecosystem.

You’ll review agency output, challenge creative decisions, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables support brand and conversion goals.

You’ll also contribute to testing and optimization initiatives, using data and customer insights to improve marketing performance.

The environment is lean, entrepreneurial, fully remote, and highly autonomous, with a strong emphasis on ownership and execution.

For the right person, this role offers a clear path toward broader marketing leadership and potentially running the full marketing function.

Accountabilities:

    • Review and quality-control agency deliverables across email, creative, and paid advertising, ensuring work meets brand standards and supports conversion objectives.
    • Review approximately 20-50 marketing videos per month, providing detailed feedback on hooks, pacing, messaging, calls to action, and overall creative effectiveness.
    • Approve and upload finalized creative assets to the appropriate advertising platform for social distribution.
    • Manage agency relationships by leading weekly KPI reviews, tracking deliverables, addressing gaps, and ensuring commitments remain on schedule.
    • Support conversion rate optimization by proposing experiments, coordinating implementation with developers, and analyzing test results to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain a high standard of quality across all marketing channels and proactively identify issues before they affect campaign performance.
    • Monitor marketing performance and use data, customer behavior, and campaign insights to inform actionable improvements.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and external partners to execute high-growth initiatives across the DTC marketing funnel.
    • Contribute to influencer marketing, social media, content, and community engagement initiatives as needed.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, creative output, campaign execution, and overall marketing efficiency.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment.
      • Proven experience contributing to brand growth and high-performance digital marketing initiatives.
      • Strong working knowledge across multiple marketing channels, including Google Ads, CRO, affiliate marketing, email marketing, SEO, and organic social.
      • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Adnova, Google Ads, and AI tools such as Claude.
      • Ability to critically evaluate creative and campaign quality rather than simply manage processes or timelines.
      • Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies, including performance reviews and deliverable oversight.
      • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, content creation, brand storytelling, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
      • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into practical actions.
      • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback.
      • Highly self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with significant autonomy and accountability.
      • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and external agencies.
      • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
      • Ability and willingness to work with consistent overlap during U.S. business hours is required.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive compensation paid in U.S. dollars.
        • Fully remote work from the comfort of your home.
        • Health and wellness benefit.
        • Paid holidays and time off.
        • Performance and referral bonuses.
        • Opportunity to work with high-growth global brands and gain international exposure.
        • Potential for significant career progression into broader marketing leadership responsibilities.
