Mid Level Salesforce Developer - Sales Cloud

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid Level Salesforce Developer - Sales Cloud based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, delivering new features and solutions that meet business and customer needs.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Apex, and other platform capabilities.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create efficient and user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and implement integrations with REST APIs within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Participate in agile development processes, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams to plan, develop, test, and deliver solutions.
• Use source code management and development practices such as Git to maintain code quality, traceability, and collaboration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize development processes and solution performance.
• Explore and apply generative AI and modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
• Stay engaged with evolving Salesforce and AI capabilities, bringing relevant innovations and best practices into daily development work.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing and customizing solutions with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Practical experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Apex.
• Experience developing and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and source code management practices.
• Experience working in Agile development environments, using Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and collaborate confidently with native English speakers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to quality, and a collaborative approach to working with international teams.
• Genuine interest in AI and willingness to use AI tools to enhance development productivity and code quality.
• Nice to have: experience with generative AI tools and LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Nice to have: experience with CPQ, subscription management, or recurring revenue models.
• Nice to have: experience with AWS Lambda, Boomi, or Zuora.
• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications.
• Nice to have: experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and/or AWS CDK.
