This is a hands-on creative role focused on shaping high-quality video and motion content across web, social, and connected TV channels.
You will take projects from concept and storyboarding through production, animation, editing, and final delivery.
Working closely with brand, product marketing, and growth teams, you will translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
The role combines creative ownership with strong production discipline, requiring someone who can balance quality, speed, and multiple priorities.
You will also collaborate with external production partners on larger campaigns and help establish efficient creative workflows.
AI-enabled tools will be part of the creative toolkit, helping improve production speed, experimentation, and overall quality.

Accountabilities
Own video projects end-to-end: Lead creative projects from initial brief and concept development through storyboarding, shooting, editing, animation, and final delivery across digital channels.
Create motion content: Design and animate engaging motion graphics that communicate brand messages effectively across different formats, platforms, and audiences.
Develop visual storytelling: Turn complex business and technology concepts into clear, engaging formats such as explainer animations, social teasers, sizzle reels, and campaign videos.
Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with brand designers, product marketers, growth marketers, and other stakeholders to develop content aligned with creative and commercial objectives.
Direct external production: Work with third-party production agencies on larger brand campaigns, providing creative direction, visual guidance, and feedback to maintain quality and brand consistency.
Manage production workflows: Balance timelines, priorities, creative quality, and operational requirements across multiple projects and deliverables.
Improve creative operations: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and incorporate AI-enabled production, editing, and creative tools to increase efficiency and quality.
Stay current with trends: Monitor developments in motion design, video, social content, marketing, advertising, and visual storytelling to keep creative work contemporary and effective.
Professional experience: 5+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or content creation; experience in B2B technology or AdTech is preferred.
Creative production expertise: Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and established knowledge of video editing, motion design, and social content production workflows.
Strong portfolio: Demonstrated range across motion design, static content, video production, pacing, visual storytelling, and brand-focused creative work. A portfolio or reel featuring relevant B2B or technology projects is expected.
Storytelling ability: Ability to transform complex concepts into concise, visually engaging stories tailored to different audiences and platforms.
Project management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative standards.
Commercial awareness: Collaborative and commercially minded, with an understanding of how creative quality and video performance contribute to broader marketing objectives.
AI fluency: Familiarity with AI-enabled production, editing, creative, or workflow tools and an interest in using emerging technologies to improve creative output.
Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external production partners, incorporating feedback while maintaining a strong creative point of view.
Adaptability: Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and production needs can evolve.
Compensation: $44-$52 per hour.
Contract structure: Temporary engagement running from September through December, with an option to extend.
Flexible initial schedule: Part-time commitment of approximately 2-3 days per week, with the potential to transition to a full-week engagement based on production needs and direction.
