Oracle Eloqua Implementation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle Eloqua Implementation Consultant based in India.

This is a senior-level opportunity to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Eloqua within a global delivery environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and cross-functional technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role combines functional expertise, technical configuration, integration, campaign automation, and data management.

You will have ownership across the full project lifecycle, from requirements workshops and solution design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

The position offers significant exposure to Oracle marketing automation, CRM integration, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Success will require strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, documentation, and the ability to drive deliverables independently.

It is an excellent fit for an experienced Oracle Eloqua professional looking to take ownership of complex international implementations.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Eloqua solutions aligned with best practices.
• Prepare functional and technical design documentation supporting implementation objectives.
• Configure and customize Oracle Eloqua to support marketing automation, lead management, and customer engagement processes.
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales.
• Develop and manage campaigns, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, forms, landing pages, emails, shared lists, programs, and automation workflows.
• Work with CRM, integration, data, and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end implementation.
• Support data migration, synchronization, validation, and system integration activities.
• Plan and execute unit testing and system integration testing, while supporting user acceptance testing.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues identified during implementation and testing.
• Support user training, knowledge transfer, documentation, and adoption activities.
• Coordinate production deployment, post-go-live stabilization, and hypercare support.
• Ensure implementation standards, governance requirements, quality expectations, and project timelines are consistently met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and solution optimization.
• Operate effectively across onsite and offshore teams within a global delivery model.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing and supporting Oracle Eloqua.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Eloqua marketing automation capabilities.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Eloqua with Oracle Sales Foundation or Oracle CX Sales.
• Deep knowledge of campaign management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, forms, landing pages, email marketing, and automation programs.
• Experience working with Eloqua APIs, integration frameworks, and data synchronization.
• Solid understanding of CRM integration concepts and customer data management.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting, validation, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with release management, deployment processes, production support, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate complex functional and technical issues.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage deliverables while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with onsite and offshore teams in a global delivery environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
