Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant, Managed Services based in United States.

This is a customer-focused Oracle HCM Cloud consulting role centered on supporting production and non-production environments.

You’ll troubleshoot application issues, resolve support tickets, and help end users get the most from their HR technology.

The role combines functional configuration, testing, system monitoring, enhancement support, and client communication.

You’ll work across areas such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Incentive Compensation.

You’ll collaborate with clients, internal consulting teams, and Oracle Support to resolve issues and deliver reliable solutions.

The environment is remote-first, giving you the autonomy to manage priorities while continuing to deepen your Oracle HCM expertise.

This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented consultant who enjoys problem solving, customer service, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities

    • Provide remote functional support for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules across client production and non-production environments.
    • Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support tickets accurately and within expected timelines.
    • Investigate application issues, document findings and resolutions, and escalate complex or recurring problems to Senior Consultants when appropriate.
    • Support end users by answering functional questions, providing guidance, and delivering basic training where needed.
    • Perform routine Oracle HCM Cloud configuration updates in line with established processes and guidelines.
    • Assist with testing Oracle quarterly updates, patches, enhancements, and new functionality, documenting test results and configuration changes.
    • Monitor assigned applications, identify recurring issues and trends, and contribute to improvements in application monitoring and support processes.
    • Support upgrades, system enhancements, and smaller-scale requests for new functionality.
    • Assist with data validation, reporting updates, and interface troubleshooting.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle Support to investigate and resolve more complex technical or functional issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ticket activity, configuration changes, and support documentation.
    • Communicate project and ticket status clearly to clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
    • Manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently in a fully remote environment.
    • Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, consulting, HRIS, application support, or a related environment.
      • Foundational functional experience in at least one major Oracle HCM workstream, such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, or Incentive Compensation.
      • Solid understanding of HR processes, HR systems, and how technology supports core human resources operations.
      • Experience troubleshooting application issues and working through structured support or ticket-resolution processes.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts clearly to clients and end users.
      • Strong customer-service orientation and a commitment to providing responsive, accurate, and professional support.
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
      • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify patterns, and determine appropriate solutions or escalation paths.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
      • Legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States and able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
      • Willingness and ability to travel to the United States periodically for business meetings or client engagements, with travel expected to be up to 5% as needed.
      • Candidates requiring employment sponsorship or authorization sponsorship are not eligible for this opportunity.
