Accountabilities
- Own the day-to-day paid social strategy, performance narrative, and optimization priorities across assigned client accounts.
- Develop full-funnel strategies spanning budget allocation, platform roles, audiences, campaign structures, creative approaches, and optimization.
- Act as a trusted client-facing strategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and recommendations tied to business goals.
- Analyze campaign and account performance to identify key drivers, diagnose issues, and translate data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
- Build learning agendas and testing roadmaps covering creative, media, audiences, measurement, and emerging platform capabilities.
- Partner with activation and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution reflects strategic direction, providing hands-on support and quality assurance when required.
- Maintain strong operational ownership of budgets, pacing, forecasting, campaign accuracy, and overall account health.
- Develop productive relationships with social platform partners to uncover new capabilities, strategic opportunities, and ways to improve client performance.
- Continuously evaluate consumer behavior, creative performance, platform developments, and market trends to keep paid social strategies evolving.
- Balance data, creative performance, platform knowledge, and business context when making strategic decisions and recommendations.
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience across at least four major platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop paid social strategies and recommendations based on client objectives, performance data, and broader business context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose performance and turn complex datasets into compelling strategic narratives.
- Experience managing client relationships and confidently presenting strategies, performance insights, recommendations, and points of view.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel paid social strategy, creative testing, measurement frameworks, optimization techniques, and platform best practices.
- Strong budget management, forecasting, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and large datasets.
- Ability to begin with initial direction and quickly transition into an independent, proactive working style.
- Naturally curious and comfortable investigating why performance changes and determining what should happen next.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and platform partners.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and high-pressure client environments.
- A proactive, experimental mindset and willingness to challenge conventional approaches and test new ideas.
- Digital marketing or platform certifications are a plus.
