You will work across the full application stack, combining ReactJS and Node to develop scalable, high-performing solutions.

The role has a strong focus on pricing and e-commerce, contributing directly to digital products and customer experiences.

You will help define architectural patterns, build reusable components, and solve complex technical challenges across the platform.

Your work will span frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and production monitoring.

Accountabilities:

• Fullstack Development: Develop complex and scalable solutions using ReactJS and Node.js, contributing to architectural standards, reusable components, and implementation strategies across the application.
• End-to-End Ownership: Work across all application layers, from web frontend experiences through backend services and infrastructure, taking responsibility for solutions from conception through production monitoring.
• Technical Leadership: Influence technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and provide guidance to other developers when addressing complex engineering challenges.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and sustainably, applying analytical thinking to improve application quality, reliability, and performance.
• Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible information for different audiences, helping maintain alignment across the development team and broader stakeholders.
• Proactive Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve architectures, development practices, system performance, and technical workflows, proposing and implementing preventive and sustainable solutions.
• Collaboration and Ownership: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, demonstrate accountability for deliverables, build healthy professional relationships, and contribute to a positive and collaborative technical culture.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain high-quality technical documentation, share knowledge, and help establish solid foundations that support the scalability and long-term evolution of the team and its products.

Requirements

• ReactJS: Bring at least 3 years of advanced ReactJS experience across complex production projects, including strong knowledge of advanced state management with technologies such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Modern Frontend Architecture: Demonstrate experience with modular architectures, Server-Side Rendering and Static Generation solutions such as Next.js, as well as advanced web performance optimization.
• Node.js: Have at least 2 years of solid experience developing REST and/or GraphQL APIs using frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or NestJS.
• Databases: Have experience working with both SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB, including data modeling, query optimization, and migrations.
• Architecture and Quality: Demonstrate knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, and automated fullstack testing using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• DevOps and Cloud: Have practical experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Software Quality: Possess advanced knowledge of automated unit and component testing and experience designing or working with resilient application architectures.
• Technical Leadership: Be capable of influencing technical decisions, supporting other developers, and taking ownership of complex solutions from design through production.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capabilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate technical concepts clearly, work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to a constructive and collaborative engineering environment.
