Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Prep Redzone (Football) Marketing Specialist based in the United States.

This is a hands-on marketing role at the intersection of football, content, events, and athlete development.

You’ll own the brand’s presence across social channels and help shape how players, parents, coaches, and recruiters engage with its story.

The role combines year-round brand strategy with hands-on promotion of tournaments, showcases, and other football events.

You’ll turn authentic sport-specific content into audience growth, community engagement, and qualified leads for the sales team.

Working closely with scouts, event teams, sales, and creative partners, you’ll build campaigns that connect with the football community.

Success requires strong football credibility, creative instincts, operational discipline, and a data-driven approach to optimization.

It’s an entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have significant autonomy to build, test, measure, and improve the marketing engine.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead brand strategy and grow the brand’s presence and engagement across relevant social media platforms.
    • Own and maintain the annual content and marketing calendar across social, email, and SMS channels.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that balance authentic brand storytelling with measurable audience and registration growth.
    • Drive marketing for tournaments, showcases, and other football events, including pre-event promotion and on-site content coverage.
    • Coordinate videographers, content creators, and other contributors to ensure events generate high-quality, timely content.
    • Build and maintain productive relationships across the nationwide scout network to source content, initiatives, and qualified leads.
    • Manage and expand the contact database to support targeted community outreach and lead-generation initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Event Operations, and scout teams to turn content and engagement into sales-ready opportunities.
    • Monitor campaign and channel performance, analyze relevant metrics, and use insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
    • Manage external contributors, virtual assistants, interns, or other marketing resources as needed to support execution.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, campaigns, and marketing operations in a fast-moving environment.
    • Requirements:

      • Authentic industry experience in football, 7-on-7, or high school/middle school showcases, with a credible voice that resonates with players, coaches, recruiters, and families.
      • Proven experience owning and executing brand strategy in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
      • Demonstrated ability to build and execute a full-year content calendar across social media, email, and SMS.
      • Strong understanding of content and channel strategy, with a track record of driving measurable audience growth and engagement.
      • Hands-on experience planning, marketing, and covering live sporting events, including coordinating photographers, videographers, or content creators.
      • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales, creative teams, scouts, ambassadors, or external contributors.
      • High data literacy and the ability to interpret campaign metrics, identify trends, and make decisions that improve performance rather than simply reporting results.
      • Experience managing contact databases or lead-generation systems and supporting targeted outreach.
      • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from strategy through execution without extensive oversight.
      • Strong communication and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
      • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship; only U.S. citizens will be considered at this time.
      • Nice-to-have qualifications:

        • Experience with CRM or lead-database platforms.
        • Hands-on photo and video editing capabilities.
        • Background in youth sports, athlete recruiting, or sports media.
        • Experience managing paid social, email, or SMS campaigns.
        • Familiarity with EOS/Traction.
        • Experience with Slack and Asana.
        • Benefits:

          • Targeted salary range of $70,000-$80,000 per year, with starting compensation based on applicable skills and experience.
          • Comprehensive health benefits.
          • 401(k) plan with Safe Harbor matching.
          • Long-term disability coverage.
          • Basic life insurance.
          • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.
          • High level of autonomy and trust in how you approach your responsibilities.
          • Support for professional and personal development.
          • Opportunity to work in a recognized, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
          • Meaningful opportunity to influence the experience of thousands of athletes and coaches.
          • Dynamic environment with opportunities to make a visible impact across marketing, events, and business growth.
