This role offers the opportunity to shape digital products from discovery and user journeys through polished, production-ready interfaces.
You will work across different products and contexts, partnering closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams.
Your work will translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences.
You will contribute to design systems, reusable components, responsive interfaces, and high-fidelity prototypes.
The environment is collaborative and agile, with room to present ideas, incorporate feedback, and influence product decisions.
You will also follow designs through implementation, ensuring the final experience reflects the intended solution.

Accountabilities
Lead UX/UI deliveries within assigned projects, aligning priorities and timelines with multidisciplinary teams.
Work across different products and contexts, understanding users, business objectives, technical constraints, and product requirements.
Design and refine user flows and journeys, identifying opportunities to improve usability and overall experience.
Create responsive interfaces and high-fidelity, navigable prototypes using Figma.
Develop and evolve reusable components while applying established Design System patterns and contributing to shared libraries.
Document interface rules, variations, states, behaviors, and specifications to support consistent implementation.
Consider usability, accessibility, responsiveness, visual consistency, and technical feasibility throughout the design process.
Prepare and conduct design handoffs to Engineering, clarifying specifications and supporting the implementation process.
Review implemented interfaces and identify adjustments needed to ensure alignment with approved designs.
Present and explain design decisions to Product, Business, and Engineering stakeholders, incorporating relevant feedback.
Participate in agile rituals and cross-functional alignment meetings.
Organize activities across multiple workstreams, communicating progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers clearly.
Practical experience in UX/UI or Product Design for digital products.
A portfolio showcasing interfaces, user flows, prototypes, and the reasoning behind design decisions.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and variants.
Experience using and evolving Design Systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
Solid understanding of usability principles and digital accessibility best practices.
Experience documenting interfaces and conducting design handoffs with development teams.
Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into clear, effective design solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
Good organization and flexibility to work across different products and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience working across multiple products or squads is a plus.
Experience with B2B, B2C, or enterprise platforms is desirable.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or prototype validation is an advantage.
Familiarity with product metrics and data-driven approaches to improving user experiences is a plus.
Experience documenting Design Systems, design tokens, and WCAG accessibility criteria is desirable.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate collaboration with development teams is an advantage.
