You will guide strategic customers from implementation and solution design through adoption, value realization, and expansion. The role combines SaaS expertise, technical problem-solving, AI fluency, and executive-level influence to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes. You will act as a trusted product strategist, connecting customer objectives with the right capabilities, workflows, and operating models. You will also help customers adopt emerging AI-powered capabilities and identify opportunities to automate and improve their ways of working. Success will be measured through deployment outcomes, product adoption, customer health, retention, and expansion.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead end-to-end customer deployments and adoption programs, from discovery and solution design through rollout, value realization, and scaled usage.
    • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that accelerate time-to-value, increase product adoption, and expand platform utilization across business teams.
    • Serve as a strategic product advisor for key accounts, connecting customer objectives and business challenges with relevant product capabilities, workflows, and operating models.
    • Demonstrate product capabilities, AI innovations, and future roadmap investments in compelling ways that build executive alignment and accelerate customer outcomes.
    • Drive AI adoption by identifying relevant use cases, operationalizing AI-powered workflows, and helping customers translate new capabilities into measurable business impact.
    • Translate customer requirements into scalable deployment plans, solution architectures, implementation approaches, and repeatable adoption playbooks.
    • Partner with Product teams to communicate customer insights, market feedback, emerging use cases, and opportunities that can influence product roadmap priorities.
    • Resolve complex deployment and adoption challenges involving integrations, configuration, APIs, enterprise workflows, technical environments, and organizational change.
    • Build trusted relationships with customer administrators, operational users, business leaders, executive sponsors, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Use product usage, adoption signals, customer health indicators, and business outcomes to develop strategic account narratives that support retention and expansion.
    • Develop AI-assisted operating routines that identify adoption risks, uncover expansion opportunities, and automate repetitive customer engagement workflows.
    • Stay current on emerging AI and product capabilities and proactively introduce relevant innovations into customer conversations.
    • Track and improve key success metrics, including deployment success, time-to-value, feature adoption, customer health, retention, expansion, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, Professional Services, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
      • Demonstrated experience leading SaaS deployments, implementations, adoption programs, customer transformation initiatives, or complex technical engagements.
      • Strong product and systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions.
      • Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, SSO, enterprise architecture, and complex customer technology environments.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build credibility with technical administrators, business operators, senior leaders, and executive sponsors.
      • Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and executive presence, with confidence demonstrating products, shaping strategic vision, and influencing decisions.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex deployment or adoption challenges.
      • Builder mindset with high ownership, curiosity, adaptability, bias toward experimentation, and strong execution skills.
      • Experience with CRM, LMS, HRIS, BI platforms, enterprise integrations, or sales/revenue enablement technologies is an asset.
      • Experience driving AI adoption, workflow automation, or AI-enabled business transformation is advantageous.
      • Familiarity with customer success metrics such as adoption, customer health, GRR, NRR, retention, and expansion is a plus.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
      • Benefits:

        • Annual compensation range of $121,680-$135,200.
        • Compensation structured at approximately 70% base salary and 30% variable compensation.
        • Opportunities to work at the intersection of SaaS, AI, product innovation, and customer transformation.
        • Growth and career development opportunities within a globally diverse organization.
        • A collaborative culture centered on customer success, ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
        • Inclusive workplace where diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences are valued.
        • Opportunities to work closely with product, technical, customer success, and business leadership teams.
        • Equal employment opportunity and consideration for qualified applicants in accordance with applicable laws.
        • Remote work opportunity in Canada, subject to the applicable work arrangement and location requirements.
