Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Lead - AI Finance based in the United States.

This is a high-ownership product leadership opportunity focused on building next-generation financial products powered by AI.

You will own meaningful product areas and turn complex financial needs into simple, intuitive customer experiences.

Working closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams, you will take products from problem discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

The role offers the opportunity to work across areas such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.

You will operate in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment where speed, experimentation, and practical execution are highly valued.

Success requires strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to balance customer experience, business outcomes, compliance, and operational complexity.

This role is ideal for a builder who takes ownership, ships quickly, learns from real-world results, and is passionate about making financial products more accessible and useful.

Accountabilities:

    • Own product areas across financial services, potentially including insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other emerging financial products.
    • Identify and define customer problems, establish product scope, set success metrics, develop roadmaps, and create launch plans.
    • Translate customer needs and complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive, and effective product experiences.
    • Partner closely with engineering and design to develop, prioritize, build, launch, and iterate on products.
    • Collaborate with data, operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure products are viable, measurable, scalable, and aligned with relevant requirements.
    • Use quantitative data, customer feedback, research, experiments, and production insights to continuously improve product decisions.
    • Launch products and features quickly, monitor performance after release, and drive ongoing iterations based on evidence and learning.
    • Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, regulatory and compliance considerations, and operational complexity.
    • Take end-to-end ownership of product outcomes while working effectively with limited guidance.
    • Clearly assess and communicate the impact of your work, distinguishing individual contributions from broader team and organizational outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • Professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a comparable product-focused role.
      • Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex workflows and customer problems into clear, usable experiences.
      • Demonstrated ability to work deeply and effectively with engineers and designers to deliver real products.
      • Comfortable using metrics, customer feedback, research, experimentation, and post-launch insights to guide decisions.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
      • High ownership, initiative, and ability to make progress independently in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
      • Strong decision-making skills and comfort acting without perfect information or complete certainty.
      • A practical, execution-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to move products from concept to launch and beyond.
      • Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or other high-growth product environments is a strong advantage.
      • Strong English communication skills, as English is the primary working language across global teams.
      • A builder mindset: you focus on user problems rather than feature lists, learn quickly from launches, and remain accountable for outcomes after release.
      • Willingness to work collaboratively with engineering and other technical teams without relying excessively on process or documentation to drive progress.
      • Benefits:

        • Remote working opportunity within the applicable hiring market.
        • Opportunity to build and own products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
        • Exposure to AI-powered financial products and next-generation consumer applications.
        • High degree of ownership and autonomy over meaningful product areas.
        • Fast-paced, execution-focused environment with an emphasis on shipping, experimentation, and continuous learning.
        • Collaboration with globally distributed teams representing diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
        • Opportunity to work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business specialists.
        • Fast-moving interview process designed to progress strong candidates efficiently, with the potential to complete the process and receive an offer within approximately one week after interviews begin.
