Product Manager Flashbid / Dynamic Yield

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager Flashbid / Dynamic Yield based in Spain.

This role gives you end-to-end ownership of the buy-side auction stack and proprietary wrapper powering programmatic advertising products.

You will shape the roadmap for auction performance, demand integrations, bidder management, and yield optimization.

Your work will directly influence incremental publisher revenue while improving reliability, latency, efficiency, and cost control.

You will use experimentation, analytics, and AI-driven optimization to continuously improve auction economics and performance.

The scope also includes supply-chain integrity, consent signals, and compliance across the demand ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with Data, Engineering, Supply, Analytics, and privacy stakeholders in a fast-moving international environment.

Accountabilities

• Own the proprietary wrapper roadmap end-to-end, including integration, evolution, maintenance, and ongoing performance improvements.
• Monitor and optimize auction latency, reliability, and overall performance, recognizing the direct impact of milliseconds on revenue.
• Manage publisher demand connections across GAM, external RTB, and non-OpenRTB integrations.
• Own bidder configuration, integration, activation, monitoring, status management, and property-level whitelisting across both server-to-server and client-side environments.
• Lead the development and optimization of ad-quality protection capabilities, identifying and blocking malicious or undesirable ads while carefully managing the revenue impact of blocking decisions.
• Own yield-management strategies including throttling, pressure regulation, dynamic floor prices, smart refresh, and bid enrichment.
• Partner with Data teams to develop and deploy AI-driven yield algorithms that unlock additional revenue opportunities.
• Design and analyze structured A/B tests across floor prices, bidder mixes, throttling rules, and other auction parameters, translating results into clear product decisions.
• Own supply-chain integrity initiatives, including SCHAIN, ads.txt management, and vendor-list curation.
• Ensure consent signals are correctly collected, processed, and transmitted to demand partners through relevant frameworks such as TCF and GPP.
• Collaborate with privacy stakeholders on consent quality and compliance requirements affecting the auction.
• Partner with Analytics teams to ensure auction and yield KPIs are accurately tracked, benchmarked, and actionable.
• Work with Supply, Data, and Engineering teams to prioritize the roadmap and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Act as the product voice for auction and yield topics, translating complex technical trade-offs into clear business priorities for senior and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally working on programmatic advertising, header bidding, SSPs, auction technologies, or yield-management platforms.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, including header bidding, RTB/OpenRTB, GAM, server-to-server versus client-side bidding, and the broader SSP/DSP ecosystem.
• Proven experience optimizing yield levers such as floor prices, throttling, bidder mix, or related auction parameters to generate incremental revenue.
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as RPM, fill rate, win rate, auction latency, and revenue efficiency.
• Familiarity with supply-chain and compliance technologies including ads.txt, sellers.json, SCHAIN validation, and consent frameworks such as TCF and GPP.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience designing A/B tests, interpreting auction and revenue data, and converting insights into concrete product decisions.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong technical literacy, including an understanding of auction latency, bid streams, wrapper architecture, and demand integrations. Coding is not required, but you should be comfortable communicating with engineering teams.
• A strong performance mindset, treating reliability, latency, yield, and revenue as core product metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain highly technical programmatic trade-offs and establish priorities across Technology, Supply, Data, Analytics, and leadership teams.
• An AI-native and strategic mindset, with the ability to break down complex business problems into structured documentation, decision frameworks, logic flows, and operational blueprints that intelligent systems can execute.
• Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to challenge established practices and focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, hypergrowth environment where agility, prioritization, and the 80/20 principle are essential.
