This is a customer-facing sales role focused on driving revenue across a strategic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution portfolio.
You will serve as a product subject matter expert, partnering closely with Account Managers and Sales teams throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.
The role combines consultative selling, pipeline development, executive engagement, product demonstrations, and solution alignment to address customer challenges.
You will influence new business acquisition and expansion opportunities while maintaining strong ownership of your assigned sales quota and revenue targets.
Beyond customer conversations, you will help strengthen internal sales capabilities through enablement, training, competitive positioning, and product expertise.
The position offers significant visibility with senior stakeholders and requires the ability to translate complex technology into compelling business outcomes.

Accountabilities
- Own and manage an individual sales quota, contributing directly to revenue targets while driving GRC revenue outcomes through discovery, evaluation, and solution alignment.
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Sales teams throughout key stages of complex sales cycles to develop winning account and opportunity strategies.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, executive briefings, and value-based discussions in both one-to-one and one-to-many customer settings.
- Translate customer challenges and business requirements into clear solution positioning that demonstrates the value and capabilities of the assigned GRC product portfolio.
- Proactively manage pipeline coverage and execute programs designed to generate qualified opportunities and achieve or exceed assigned pipeline and revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary client-facing subject matter expert for the assigned product area, establishing credibility and providing relevant expertise throughout the buying journey.
- Share market, customer, and competitive insights with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other go-to-market stakeholders to inform strategy and product positioning.
- Lead internal training and enablement sessions covering product releases, sales best practices, competitive differentiation, and effective positioning.
- Represent the organization in strategic customer conversations and executive-level engagements, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer outcomes, strengthen sales execution, and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Bring demonstrated experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a strong understanding of the challenges and requirements faced by organizations in this area.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales, pre-sales, product sales, or a closely related product-focused role, ideally within enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) environments.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of influencing revenue outcomes and contributing successfully to complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, tell compelling stories, and engage both technical and business audiences.
- Have experience collaborating effectively across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and experience navigating multi-threaded, committee-based enterprise buying processes.
- Be proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, or comparable tools.
- Possess strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify genuine business challenges and connect them to innovative technology solutions.
- Demonstrate strong consultative selling, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
- Be comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth environments where priorities can evolve quickly and success requires both structure and adaptability.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritization, and pipeline-management skills with a consistent focus on measurable outcomes.
- Be willing to travel up to 25% as required to support customers, prospects, and business development activities.
- Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, with actual compensation determined by factors such as transferable skills, experience, training, location, business needs, and market conditions.
