Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Manager, Talent Management based in United States.

This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategic talent and people programs across the organization.

You will manage high-impact initiatives spanning employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and internal communications.

The position combines program management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

You will partner closely with People leadership, Operations, Analytics, Communications, and other business stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered effectively.

Your work will help strengthen employee experiences, improve organizational alignment, and support a high-performing culture.

You will also establish roadmaps, track key performance indicators, and use employee feedback and analytics to continuously improve program effectiveness.

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced HR professional who is highly organized, strategic, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
