Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Portfolio Expansion and Delivery Excellence Lead based in Brazil.

This part-time secondment offers an opportunity to contribute to regional growth and impact across Latin America.

The role combines portfolio expansion with operational excellence, supporting the identification of high-potential programs for future launches.

An initial focus will be placed on Colombia, while the broader scope involves collaboration with teams across multiple countries.

You will use data, market insights, and performance indicators to shape strategic recommendations and improve program outcomes.

The position requires close partnership with senior regional and country leaders in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

You will help strengthen delivery quality, data integrity, impact measurement, and continuous improvement practices.

The six-month assignment requires approximately one day per week, with regular regional engagement and executive-level progress reporting.

Accountabilities

    • Support country teams in identifying and assessing high-potential program expansion opportunities aligned with labor-market demand and strategic priorities.
    • Partner with regional program and business development leaders to conduct market assessments and identify opportunities, particularly in sectors where there is currently limited presence.
    • Evaluate employer demand, learner demand, sustainability, feasibility, implementation requirements, and potential impact of new programs.
    • Review implementation workplans and readiness assessments for priority opportunities, with an initial focus on Colombia.
    • Support the identification and development of approximately 4-5 high-potential programs for potential launch in 2027.
    • Facilitate cross-country learning and the sharing of best practices to support portfolio diversification and stronger program delivery.
    • Monitor country performance across breadth, depth, and durability indicators, identifying trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
    • Participate in quarterly regional performance reviews covering impact outcomes, operational performance, data quality, and improvement priorities.
    • Support country CEOs and leadership teams in developing, implementing, and tracking action plans to improve delivery quality and learner outcomes.
    • Promote consistent performance management, reporting, data-quality, and impact-measurement practices across regional affiliates.
    • Monitor data quality and completion, support remediation efforts, and track progress toward regional demographic and employment targets.
    • Analyze and synthesize regional performance information and prepare executive summaries, recommendations, and progress updates for senior leadership.
    • Share lessons learned and operational insights across the region to strengthen continuous improvement.
    • Requirements

      • Lead- or Manager-level professional with strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
      • Demonstrated ability to influence, coordinate, and drive initiatives across cross-functional and multicultural teams without direct authority.
      • Experience using data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
      • Strong understanding of program implementation, impact measurement, performance management, and continuous improvement.
      • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders across multiple countries.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking capabilities.
      • Ability to operate effectively in a regional, matrixed, and collaborative environment with a high degree of autonomy.
      • Mission-driven mindset, collaborative approach, and strong commitment to creating measurable social impact.
      • Fluent English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a plus.
      • Availability for a six-month part-time secondment requiring approximately 20% time allocation, equivalent to one day per week.
      • Experience in international, regional, nonprofit, education, workforce development, or impact-oriented environments would be advantageous.
      • Benefits

        • Six-month part-time secondment with an approximately 20% time allocation.
        • Fully remote work model.
        • Regional exposure across Latin America and collaboration with country and global leadership teams.
        • Opportunity to contribute directly to portfolio expansion and measurable social impact.
        • Exposure to strategic program development, operational excellence, impact measurement, and regional performance management.
        • Opportunity to influence initiatives across multiple countries and facilitate cross-country knowledge sharing.
        • Regular engagement with senior regional and country leadership.
        • Opportunity to support the development of new programs targeted for potential 2027 launches.
        • Professional experience in a highly collaborative, international, and mission-driven environment.
        • The source description does not specify a salary or additional benefits for this secondment.
