Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Director - Infectious Disease based in the United States.

    • Plan and lead regional meetings, business reviews, action-plan sessions, and other forums that support alignment and execution.
    • Ensure personal and team compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and applicable governmental requirements.
    • Provide recommendations to executive leadership regarding sales strategy, tactics, organizational structure, and market opportunities.
    • Participate in sales and marketing meetings and contribute to training and broader commercial initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
      • 7-10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally within complex healthcare institutions such as academic medical centers, transplant centers, HSCT programs, or regional referral hospitals.
      • Demonstrated experience working in relevant infectious disease and/or specialty therapeutic areas, including refractory HSV, infectious complications, HSCT, solid organ transplant, or hematologic malignancies.

      • 3-5 years of sales leadership experience preferred, with a proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
      • Strong knowledge of specialty disease states and the ability to communicate scientific and clinical concepts effectively.
      • Exceptional coaching, team-building, motivation, and performance-management skills, with a track record of developing talent and driving results.
      • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
      • Strong business and analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify trends, opportunities, competitive threats, and market dynamics.
      • Ability to clearly articulate the scientific aspects of treatments and relevant therapeutic areas.
      • Familiarity with the legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements governing pharmaceutical promotion.
      • Ability to meet applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements for access to facilities and healthcare organizations within the assigned region.
      • Strong strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and ability to turn market insights into actionable plans.
