Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Director based in the United States.

This is a high-impact sales leadership opportunity focused on bringing advanced LiDAR and intelligent sensing technologies to market.

You will lead business development from early customer engagement through production, building strategic relationships across the U.S. market.

The role combines commercial leadership, technical understanding, customer management, and market development in a rapidly evolving technology environment.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams across production, purchasing, applications, and other functions to ensure successful program execution.

Your expertise will help shape go-to-market strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and translate customer needs into meaningful product and business outcomes.

You will own commercial negotiations, forecasting, contracts, and revenue generation while helping expand adoption of next-generation sensing solutions.

Success requires strong ownership, industry credibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn complex technology into compelling customer value.
