This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Manager based in United Kingdom.
As Sales Operations Manager, you will own the systems, data, tooling, and technical infrastructure that enable a high-performing sales organization to operate efficiently. You will ensure calls and messages reach prospects, leads are routed correctly, and sales reporting remains accurate and actionable. This is a hands-on operational role where you will configure platforms, troubleshoot deliverability issues, build routing logic, and improve integrations. You will work closely with sales leadership to turn commercial strategies into reliable systems and processes. The role combines sales operations, revenue operations, data, compliance, and technical problem-solving. Your work will directly influence sales productivity, lead conversion, customer reach, and the reliability of business decisions.
Accountabilities
- Own phone and text deliverability by monitoring spam-flag rates, maintaining healthy numbers, managing local presence and branded calling, and overseeing A2P 10DLC registration and related requirements.
- Troubleshoot call blocking, text delivery issues, number reputation, and other communication-channel problems, working directly with telecommunications and messaging vendors when needed.
- Manage and configure sales systems and tooling, including dialers, power lists, CRM integrations, tracking systems, link structures, and UTM configurations.
- Build and maintain lead-routing and distribution workflows, including speed-to-lead rules, follow-up cadences, no-answer logic, and automated lead assignment.
- Own tracking and attribution across calls, links, subscriptions, and purchases, ensuring that conversion, pickup, connection, and revenue data can be measured reliably.
- Maintain the underlying data and definitions behind sales dashboards, ensuring that pipeline reporting is accurate, consistent, and accessible to sales leadership.
- Build and maintain testing infrastructure that allows commercial teams to run structured experiments with clean setup, controlled variables, reliable measurement, and documented results.
- Implement technical compliance requirements across sales communication channels, including consent tracking, compliant opt-in flows, A2P registration, and subscription disclosures.
- Identify operational gaps proactively, investigate issues at their root cause, and continuously improve the reliability and effectiveness of the sales technology stack.
- Partner closely with sales leadership and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical systems, integrations, workflows, and reporting solutions.
- You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a technical operations role supporting an inside sales or call-center environment.
- You are comfortable configuring phone systems, dialers, CRMs, and sales technology directly rather than relying solely on technical support teams.
- You have practical experience troubleshooting phone spam flagging, SMS blocking, deliverability problems, or similar communication-channel issues and can explain how you diagnosed and resolved them.
- You are highly comfortable working with spreadsheets, operational data, reporting, and dashboards, with a strong focus on accuracy and trustworthy metrics.
- You understand phone and messaging compliance concepts such as A2P 10DLC, consent management, deliverability, and branded calling, or can quickly develop expertise in these areas.
- You have a strong attention to detail and naturally identify inconsistencies, incorrect data, broken workflows, or system issues before they create downstream problems.
- You are analytical, hands-on, and comfortable investigating technical problems independently until you understand their underlying cause.
- Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight management, subscription healthcare, or another subscription-based business is a plus.
- Experience with dialer platforms such as Kixie, CallTools, or similar systems is valuable, as is experience with omnichannel tools such as Customer.io or SalesMSG.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms, as well as communications providers such as Twilio, First Orion, or Plivo, is beneficial.
- Experience setting up A2P 10DLC registration or branded calling from the ground up is a strong advantage.
- Basic scripting or SQL skills, along with comfort working with APIs and integrations, would be an additional advantage.
- You communicate clearly, take ownership of operational problems, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Full-time, remote working opportunity with flexibility around where you work.
- High ownership over the systems, data, and technical infrastructure supporting a sales organization.
- Hands-on exposure to sales technology, telecommunications, CRM platforms, automation, attribution, and deliverability.
- Opportunity to directly improve sales productivity, lead conversion, communication reach, and data reliability.
- Close collaboration with sales leadership and the ability to influence how commercial processes and systems are built.
- Broad technical scope spanning dialers, messaging, integrations, tracking, reporting, compliance, and operational automation.
- Opportunity to identify and solve high-impact operational problems with measurable business outcomes.
- Potential to work with modern sales and communication platforms, APIs, and automation tools.
- A role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, technical problem-solving, and building reliable operational infrastructure.
