Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager based in India.

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will own the growth and profitability of a high-performing affiliate business across Europe, MENA, and Asia. You will be responsible for recruiting strategic affiliates, launching new partnerships, and scaling proven performers. This is a senior commercial role with direct ownership of affiliate revenue, profitability, traffic quality, and growth targets. You will leverage an established network of affiliates, publishers, media buyers, and performance partners while identifying new opportunities in international markets. Success requires a strong understanding of performance marketing economics, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with sales, media, creative, CRO, analytics, technology, finance, compliance, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

    • Own a substantial affiliate portfolio and take direct responsibility for monthly affiliate revenue, incremental revenue, profitability, and growth across relevant geographies and offers.

    • Recruit high-volume affiliates, publishers, media buyers, networks, and performance partners across Europe, MENA, and Asia, leveraging an established professional network while continuing to develop new relationships.

    • Launch new affiliate partnerships quickly, managing the process from initial conversation and commercial agreement through tracking, first traffic, conversion, and meaningful scale.

    • Develop existing affiliate relationships by identifying opportunities to increase volume, improve performance, expand into new GEOs, and introduce additional offers.

    • Manage key commercial and performance metrics, including CPA, EPC, CVR, AOV, approval rates, refunds, chargebacks, payout economics, contribution margin, and traffic quality.

    • Make informed decisions around affiliate payouts, caps, scaling, profitability, and traffic quality, using performance data to determine when to increase or restrict volume.

    • Build and scale a portfolio of meaningful producing affiliates, including multiple partners capable of generating six-figure monthly revenue.

    • Monitor affiliate traffic for fraud, fake orders, incentivized traffic, unauthorized brand bidding, coupon abuse, self-referrals, misleading advertising, compliance issues, poor customer quality, abnormal refunds, and chargebacks.

    • Take decisive action when traffic quality or profitability falls below acceptable standards, including reducing or stopping traffic when necessary.

    • Track market and competitive intelligence, including competitor payouts, affiliate demand, emerging GEOs, effective creatives, conversion challenges, and opportunities to unlock additional profitable volume.

    • Partner cross-functionally with sales, media, creative, CRO, analytics, technology, finance, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues and accelerate growth.

    • Maintain accurate forecasts and ensure rapid resolution of partner issues, with a focus on time to launch, time to first conversion, and time to meaningful scale.

    • Requirements

      • 5+ years of substantial affiliate or performance marketing experience, preferably in a Senior Affiliate Manager, Head of Affiliates, Affiliate Director, Senior Partnerships Manager, Performance Partnerships Director, or comparable commercial role.

      • Proven personal ownership of a significant affiliate portfolio and substantial monthly affiliate revenue, including experience managing revenue and profit targets.

      • Demonstrated success recruiting and developing high-performing affiliates, ideally including multiple partners generating $100K+ in monthly revenue.

      • An established network of serious affiliates, publishers, media buyers, or performance networks across Europe, with relationships extending into MENA and/or Asia.

      • Strong knowledge of European affiliate and performance marketing markets, with practical exposure to international GEO expansion.

      • Direct-response e-commerce experience and a strong understanding of performance-driven acquisition models.

      • Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret and act on metrics such as CPA, EPC, CVR, AOV, margins, refunds, chargebacks, and payout economics.

      • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms; Everflow experience is preferred.

      • Strong understanding of traffic quality, fraud prevention, compliance, and affiliate risk management.

      • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

      • High personal accountability, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to make commercially sound decisions independently.

      • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment.

      • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for affiliate and performance-marketing events.

      • Candidates should be able to quantify their previous affiliate performance, including the largest portfolio and individual affiliate personally managed, affiliates personally recruited, revenue generated, profitability improvements, and current affiliate relationships.

      • Experience primarily focused on influencer marketing, brand partnerships, social media, affiliate administration, partnership coordination, or reporting without direct revenue ownership is not aligned with this position.

      • Benefits

        • Top-of-market base compensation designed for an experienced affiliate performance professional.

        • Meaningful commission or performance bonus directly tied to profitable affiliate revenue.

        • Accelerators for exceeding revenue and profit targets.

        • Additional bonuses for major new affiliate relationships.

        • Additional incentives for exceptional annual performance.

        • International travel opportunities to major affiliate and performance-marketing events.

        • A performance-based compensation structure where exceptional commercial results can be reflected in additional earnings.

        • Significant autonomy and direct ownership of affiliate revenue and profitability across multiple international markets.

        • Opportunity to build and scale a multi-million-dollar monthly affiliate portfolio in a highly performance-driven environment.

        • Remote working arrangement from India.

        • Full-time-equivalent senior commercial responsibilities in a consultant position.
