Senior AI Product Manager, Observability

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager, Observability based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI observability and help teams build reliable, high-performing AI systems at scale. You will own a significant portion of the product roadmap, guiding initiatives from early ideation through development and production. Working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data platforms, and developer tools, you will solve complex problems for rapidly evolving AI workflows. You will engage directly with customers to uncover needs, validate ideas, and translate feedback into impactful product experiences. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to turn product strategy into execution. You will join a highly technical and strategic product environment where your decisions can directly influence how organizations build, evaluate, and operate AI applications.

Accountabilities

• Own, shape, and execute a significant portion of the product roadmap, aligning priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, and broader product strategy.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through requirements definition, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Engage directly with customers and communities to gather meaningful insights, validate product concepts, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate product strategy into production-ready solutions.
• Incorporate competitive intelligence, usability research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements and roadmap decisions.
• Apply strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, data platforms, or related technical domains to help advance AI-focused products.
• Drive data-informed product decisions and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value for users and the broader business.
• Contribute to the development of products that help organizations experiment with, evaluate, understand, monitor, and improve AI systems at scale.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant product management experience, or prior artificial intelligence/machine learning experience combined with strong product ownership in an AI-native environment.
• Previous engineering or technical leadership experience, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams and product challenges.
• Demonstrated track record of building products in technically complex domains while shipping efficiently and maintaining a strong execution pace.
• Strong interest in hands-on technical work and willingness to engage with code and technical implementation details.
• Experience working with machine learning, data platforms, infrastructure, or related technical systems.
• Experience working directly with customers and building feedback loops through customer engagement and community discussions.
• Proven ability to translate data, customer insights, and market signals into product strategy and successfully drive that strategy into production.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with application programming interface (API) design is a plus.
• Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar product and design tools is a plus.
