Senior Brand Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Brand Designer based in United States.

This is an opportunity to define the visual identity of an ambitious AI product built for everyday users around the world. You will shape how the brand is experienced across product launches, websites, recruiting, social media, presentations, events, and merchandise. The role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on visual design and creative execution. You will help establish a distinctive identity from the ground up while creating systems that keep communications consistent as the product scales. You will work in a high-talent, fast-moving environment where ownership, independent thinking, and attention to quality are highly valued. This role is ideal for a designer who can turn broad ideas into polished, memorable, and practical visual experiences.

Accountabilities

• Develop, evolve, and strengthen the brand’s visual identity across all internal and external communications.
• Create high-quality visual assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, presentations, social media, and other brand initiatives.
• Design graphics and branded experiences for websites, recruiting initiatives, events, merchandise, and related communications.
• Establish and maintain clear brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems that enable consistent execution across channels.
• Ensure visual consistency, quality, and alignment across all brand touchpoints.
• Translate concepts and ideas into polished, compelling visual assets that effectively communicate key messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand creative needs and deliver design solutions aligned with broader product and business objectives.
• Contribute directly to the development of a recognizable global AI brand through thoughtful visual storytelling and creative direction.
• Manage multiple creative priorities while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Operate independently, make sound creative decisions under ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery.

Requirements

• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating experience in visual design, brand design, identity development, or a related discipline.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and visual communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality and consistency.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to transform broad concepts, ideas, and requirements into polished and engaging visual assets.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to balance visual impact with practical execution.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership within a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful design decisions with limited direction.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with product, marketing, recruiting, and other cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute hands-on across a broad range of brand and creative initiatives.
• Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating the quality, range, and impact of previous design work.
• Experience building or evolving a visual identity from an early-stage or developing brand is a plus.
• Experience working with technology, AI, software, or fast-growing digital products is advantageous.
