Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, technology, and analytics, helping transform complex information into actionable insights.

You will analyze, integrate, and visualize large datasets while developing scalable data solutions that support enterprise decision-making.

Working across business and technology teams, you will translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, data processes, and delivery plans.

The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence departmental strategy and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, resolving complex issues, and delivering solutions that accurately reflect customer and business priorities.

The environment is highly collaborative and technology-driven, with extensive use of cloud, data engineering, business intelligence, and automation platforms.

This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact through advanced analytics and high-quality systems solutions in a large, complex organization.

    • Develop project plans, timelines, requirements documentation, and Agile user stories to support successful solution delivery.

    • Partner with business and IT stakeholders across reporting, analytics, operations, sales channels, and related functions to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

    • Document end-to-end data processes, including business rules, source-to-target mappings, process flow diagrams, and other technical documentation.

    • Establish and maintain data quality standards while validating the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of delivered solutions.

    • Conduct root-cause analysis to support issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex data and systems problems.

    • Represent customer and business priorities throughout requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation.

    • Lead and support change management activities while maintaining accurate and up-to-date requirements documentation.

    • Support production deployments, system releases, and incident monitoring, including occasional evening or weekend coverage when required.

    • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives while operating with considerable independence and influencing broader departmental direction.

    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis, business intelligence, systems analysis, or a related field; alternatively, a master’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience.

      • Advanced hands-on experience with T-SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Snowflake, Databricks, and related data management and visualization technologies.

      • Advanced SQL skills, including querying, data manipulation, integration, and working with large and complex datasets.

      • Experience with API integration, data mining, cost-benefit analysis, and developing impactful data visualizations.

      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and technical documentation skills.
