Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Community Lifecycle Manager based in United States.

As a Senior Community Lifecycle Manager, you will design and operate programs that educate, engage, and reactivate community moderators throughout the lifecycle of their communities. You will own the channels, systems, and campaign operations that turn audience strategy and messaging into scalable experiences across email, push notifications, and on-platform communications. This is a hands-on individual contributor role combining lifecycle marketing, marketing technology, data, experimentation, and campaign execution. You will strengthen the technical foundation behind community communications while developing new ways to reach and support moderators at scale. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and lifecycle strategy teams, you will use insights and experimentation to improve engagement and community growth. The role offers an opportunity to build processes from the ground up in a collaborative, fast-moving, community-first environment

Accountabilities:

    • Own channel strategy and end-to-end lifecycle campaign execution, including campaign development, quality assurance, launches, measurement, troubleshooting, and optimization.
    • Build and manage email campaigns using HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms, as well as push notification campaigns through first-party tools.
    • Develop and improve the data, audience segmentation, automation, and dynamic-content capabilities that power moderator communications.
    • Design and execute controlled experiments using treatment and control groups, analyze results, and translate findings into iterative testing and optimization plans.
    • Partner with lifecycle strategists to translate audience strategies, value propositions, messaging, and community-growth objectives into effective multichannel campaigns.
    • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to improve existing marketing capabilities and develop new ways to engage moderators.
    • Monitor campaign performance, engagement trends, and email health metrics while identifying and resolving technical or operational issues.
    • Establish scalable processes, campaign standards, documentation, and technical practices that support the growth of community lifecycle programs.
    • Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities to improve moderator engagement, retention, reactivation, and overall community health.
    • Maintain high-quality campaign operations and ensure communications are delivered accurately, consistently, and at scale.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, growth marketing, marketing technology, or a related discipline, with significant hands-on campaign execution experience.
      • Proven experience building and managing multichannel lifecycle programs for B2C or B2B2C audiences.
      • Hands-on experience creating, launching, testing, and optimizing campaigns in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
      • Strong understanding of marketing data infrastructure, segmentation, automation, and campaign analytics, with the ability to read and write basic SQL.
      • Experience designing A/B tests or controlled experiments and using performance data to drive campaign decisions and continuous improvement.
      • Experience collaborating effectively with Product, Engineering, Data Science, or other technical and cross-functional teams.
      • Strong writing, editing, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear and effective user communications.
      • Self-starter mindset with the ability to create structure, solve technical and operational problems, and build new programs from zero to one.
      • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, particularly when working with campaign data, audience segmentation, and technical systems.
      • Genuine interest in online communities and a community-first mindset, with an appreciation for the role moderators play in creating healthy and engaged communities.
      • Familiarity with HTML or CSS is a plus.
      • Benefits:

        • Comprehensive healthcare benefits.
        • Income replacement programs.
        • 401(k) program with employer match.
        • Global benefits designed to support different lifestyles and needs, including workspace, professional development, and caregiving support.
        • Family planning support.
        • Gender-affirming care.
        • Mental health and coaching benefits.
        • Flexible vacation time.
        • Paid volunteer time off.
        • Generous paid parental leave.
        • Opportunities to work on large-scale community lifecycle programs with meaningful audience impact.
        • Cross-functional exposure to Product, Engineering, Data Science, and marketing strategy.
        • Opportunity to shape the technical foundation and scalable processes behind evolving lifecycle programs.
        • Base salary range of $154,700-$216,600 USD, with final compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, and relevant qualifications.
        • Eligibility for equity in the form of restricted stock units and, depending on the level and position offered, potential commission eligibility.
        • Flexible, collaborative environment with opportunities to contribute as a hands-on individual contributor.
        • Commitment to reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans throughout the hiring process.
