Senior Consultant - SAP S/4 HANA - Logistics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant - SAP S/4HANA - Logistics based in India.

As a Senior Consultant, you will deliver and support SAP S/4HANA Logistics solutions across integrated supply chain processes. You will work hands-on across areas such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and warehouse operations. The role combines SAP configuration, project delivery, production support, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and effective solutions. The position offers exposure to implementation, enhancement, rollout, migration, testing, and live-system environments. You will also contribute to process standardization, system adoption, and operational efficiency within a global, SAP-centric environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Logistics solutions across one or more modules, including SD, MM, IM, and/or EWM.
• Lead or support business workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and global rollouts.
• Participate in data migration, testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and resolve problems across integrated business processes.
• Partner with business users to improve process efficiency, usability, data quality, and system adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and broader cross-functional SAP initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in at least one SAP S/4HANA Logistics area: SD, MM, IM, or EWM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Working knowledge of cross-functional integration between logistics processes and modules.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or production environments.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable SAP solutions.
• Exposure to EWM, including integration with SD and MM, is preferred.
• Experience working across multiple Logistics modules and familiarity with SAP Fiori and the S/4HANA user experience are advantageous.
• Experience with data migration and testing cycles is a plus.
• SAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with international and US-based clients.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to expand into broader cross-functional SAP areas.
