Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Sustainability Initiatives & Committee Engagement based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to connect industry professionals with practical sustainability knowledge, trusted experts, and meaningful peer collaboration.

You will coordinate committees and working groups while helping transform their discussions and insights into resources that members can actively use.

The position combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, research, communication, and a genuine interest in sustainability.

You will monitor emerging environmental and regulatory developments and identify the topics, experts, and resources most relevant to members.

Success in this role depends on keeping multiple initiatives moving while building strong relationships with industry stakeholders and subject-matter experts.

You will have significant exposure to sustainability trends affecting the printing, labeling, packaging, and broader industry ecosystem.

The role also provides a strong growth path toward becoming a recognized voice and trusted resource on sustainability within the sector.

Accountabilities

    • Monitor emerging sustainability and regulatory developments, including EPR, PFAS, EUDR, carbon reporting, EHS, recyclability standards, and packaging regulations, identifying what matters most to members and where relevant expertise can be found.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for member questions related to sustainability and help encourage participation in committees and working groups.
    • Coordinate committees and working groups by managing schedules, agendas, meeting preparation, follow-up activities, action items, and documentation.
    • Support committee chairs between meetings by keeping initiatives moving, maintaining alignment with broader organizational priorities, and ensuring commitments are followed through.
    • Identify areas of overlap, collaboration, and shared opportunity across committees to reduce duplicated effort and increase the value delivered to members.
    • Develop and maintain practical knowledge resources, including toolkits, best-practice guides, regulatory updates, case studies, and trend reports.
    • Curate, evaluate, organize, and translate information from trusted sources and subject-matter experts into accessible resources rather than creating all content independently.
    • Build strong relationships with converter and supplier members through regular engagement, conversations, and member interviews designed to uncover emerging needs and priorities.
    • Facilitate communication between members, committee leaders, and subject-matter experts to ensure relevant information and perspectives are effectively shared.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve committee engagement, member value, sustainability programming, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
    • Requirements

      • 3-7 years of professional experience in printing, labeling, packaging, project management, sustainability programs, industry associations, or member services.
      • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, committees, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence facilitating discussions and interacting with executives, industry professionals, and subject-matter experts.
      • Strong relationship-building abilities and an enthusiastic, proactive approach to engaging members and encouraging participation.
      • Genuine interest in sustainability and environmental or regulatory topics, with the curiosity and motivation to continuously develop deeper subject-matter knowledge.
      • Ability to research emerging topics, distinguish relevant information from noise, and communicate complex developments in a clear and practical way.
      • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining structure, accountability, and momentum.
      • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, particularly when coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and managing action items.
      • Collaborative, energetic, and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and identify opportunities without waiting for direction.
      • Ability to develop into a trusted resource and industry voice through continued learning, relationship building, and hands-on experience.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive annual salary of $70,000-$80,000.
        • Full-time, fully remote working opportunity.
        • Competitive benefits package.
        • Opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability, industry engagement, and regulatory developments.
        • Significant exposure to senior industry stakeholders, members, committee leaders, and subject-matter experts.
        • Opportunity to build expertise in sustainability and emerging environmental regulations over time.
        • Clear professional growth potential, with the opportunity to develop into a recognized sustainability resource and industry voice.
        • Collaborative environment focused on knowledge sharing, member engagement, and practical industry impact.
