Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, National Accounts based in the United States.

This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity focused on accelerating growth, profitability, and customer retention across major North American accounts.

You will own strategic account planning and commercial execution for complex, high-value customer relationships.

The role combines executive relationship management, business development, financial performance, negotiation, and operational excellence.

You will work across regional, global, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and bring growth strategies and new products to market.

As a highly visible leader, you will influence senior stakeholders and shape long-term partnerships with strategically important customers.

Success will be measured through revenue growth, profitability, customer loyalty, operational improvements, and delivery against ambitious business objectives.

This role is well suited to an experienced commercial leader who thrives in complex, matrixed environments and enjoys turning strategic opportunities into measurable results.
