Accountabilities:
The Senior Frontend Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain sophisticated React-based applications that power enterprise administration experiences. This role requires strong technical ownership, collaboration across teams, and a focus on delivering secure, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable React-based web applications for enterprise administrative workflows.
- Build complex user interface experiences, including role-based access controls, policy management, configuration tools, and audit-related views.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and deliver seamless application functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested frontend code following modern engineering best practices.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, technical planning, and long-term platform improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain high engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance, usability, and reliability issues.
- Partner with product managers and UX designers to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
- Continuously improve development processes, application quality, and platform scalability.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced frontend engineer with a strong background in React development and enterprise application design. Success in this role requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, collaboration skills, and experience building secure, high-performing web applications.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering.
- Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Experience building complex web applications for enterprise, administrative, or large-scale business environments.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, component design, and scalable UI patterns.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Familiarity with secure software development practices and enterprise application requirements.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to the role's involvement with government cloud environments.
