This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Fullstack C# and React Engineer based in Brazil.
Join a fully remote engineering team building scalable B2B SaaS solutions for global clients in a fast-paced, cloud-native environment. In this hands-on role, you will own application and service development from architecture and implementation through testing and deployment. You’ll work primarily across C#/.NET and React, with a backend-leaning focus and approximately 70% hands-on development and 30% mentoring. Your work will involve microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure. You’ll collaborate across teams, influence technical decisions, and help deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This is an opportunity to combine deep technical execution with leadership and meaningful impact.
Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications and services using C#/.NET and React, primarily hosted on AWS and/or Azure PaaS environments.
- Design technical architectures using diagrams and detailed technical design documentation, translating functional and non-functional requirements into reliable solutions.
- Build highly available, scalable, and cost-efficient microservices and modern APIs within distributed software architectures.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions that enable system components to communicate and trigger actions efficiently.
- Work with Docker, Terraform, NoSQL databases, and distributed storage technologies to support modern cloud-native applications.
- Integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle and ensure solutions meet appropriate security standards.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions to track application performance, system health, and resource utilization.
- Estimate and plan development work through user stories and technical tasks, delivering independently while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Mentor other engineers through feedback on architecture, documentation, code quality, and development practices.
- Contribute to team growth through technical interviews, recruiting, and hiring activities.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and international clients to understand requirements and deliver business-focused technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Engineer, with a backend-leaning profile of approximately 60-65% backend and 35-40% frontend development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with C# and .NET 6 or later, along with senior-level experience using ASPX Pages and React.
- Proven experience developing and operating production-grade microservices and designing or consuming APIs within modern software architectures.
- Practical experience with Docker and Terraform, plus strong cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure; deep expertise in either platform is highly valued.
- Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures, integrating security into development processes, and working with NoSQL or decentralized databases and distributed storage.
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability tooling to support reliable, high-performing systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, architecture knowledge, and the ability to independently translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2) is required for working closely with US-based clients and international teams.
- Competitive USD salary.
- 100% remote work from Brazil and the wider LATAM region.
- Access to coworking spaces across LATAM for those who want to connect with colleagues in person.

- Paid sick leave to support your health and wellbeing.
- Annual flexible credit to spend on perks that support your work-life balance.
- Birthday day off during your birthday week.
- Team-building activities, including virtual coffee breaks, tech talks, and social gatherings.
- A collaborative remote community with opportunities to connect, learn, and grow professionally.
- People-focused support, including wellness and professional development initiatives.
- A culture centered on autonomy, flexibility, inclusion, and outcomes rather than hours worked.
- Opportunities to work on complex digital transformation initiatives for global clients and expand your technical horizons.
