Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Advisor based in Canada.

This is a strategic health and safety role focused on strengthening occupational safety practices across a complex, multi-site organization.

You’ll design scalable programs, policies, standards, and tools that support compliance and proactive risk management.

The role combines enterprise-level strategy with practical guidance for leaders and operational teams across multiple jurisdictions.

You’ll interpret Canadian health and safety legislation and turn complex requirements into clear, actionable workplace controls.

Your expertise will help reduce incidents, improve preparedness, and embed prevention-focused practices into everyday operations.

Working with diverse teams and environments, including unionized settings, you’ll influence safety culture and organizational resilience.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to a purpose-driven environment focused on service, dignity, and continuous improvement.
