This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled engineering team where your expertise directly impacts client success and product outcomes.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver impactful results.

  • Analyze client requirements and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservice architectures to support large-scale applications.
  • Configure, maintain, and improve cloud-based infrastructure supporting JavaScript and Node.js applications.
  • Develop and optimize REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
  • Implement unit and integration testing practices to support continuous integration and reliable deployments.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making by evaluating trade-offs and recommending effective engineering approaches.
  • Improve application performance through monitoring, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
  • Support and enhance systems involving analytics platforms, campaign management solutions, and large-scale API environments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled software engineer with strong backend expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience delivering production-grade applications.

  • 4+ years of professional experience building and maintaining software in production environments.
  • Expert-level experience with Node.js development and strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience working with React and/or Angular for modern web application development.
  • Strong understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, and scalable software design principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure management, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or similar cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Experience with shell scripting and development automation practices.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira, Datadog, or Splunk is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering challenges.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in media, advertising technology, or similar high-scale environments is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package with eligibility for annual bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Generous paid time off and support for work-life balance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match eligibility.
  • Fully remote work environment for US-based employees.
