Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the United States.

This is an opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of products designed to increase customer engagement, personalization, and positive financial behaviors.

You will shape consumer-facing experiences that help people make meaningful decisions around saving, spending, investing, and financial wellness.

The role sits at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, data, and technology, with close collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Analytics, and external partners.

You will use research, behavioral insights, experimentation, and analytics to identify opportunities and validate solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Your work will influence product roadmaps, recommendation experiences, next-best-action capabilities, and broader engagement strategies.

You will also contribute to platform integrations and data-driven product capabilities while mentoring junior product managers.

This is a highly collaborative product leadership role offering significant influence over products that support consumers' financial and healthcare-related wellbeing.

Accountabilities:

    • Define and execute product strategies focused on customer engagement, personalization, adoption, retention, and measurable behavior change.
    • Establish and track meaningful product outcomes through analytics, experimentation, customer research, and performance measurement.
    • Lead the development of personalized customer experiences, including recommendation systems, next-best-action capabilities, and engagement frameworks.
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product opportunities and roadmap investments based on customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and data-driven insights.
    • Drive product discovery by conducting customer research, analyzing behavioral data, testing hypotheses, and collaborating with stakeholders to validate opportunities.
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, UX, and other teams to incorporate customer insights, predictive models, and behavioral data into product development.
    • Lead integration initiatives involving APIs, internal platforms, data ecosystems, and third-party technology partners.
    • Develop success metrics and continuously monitor engagement, adoption, retention, customer experience, and other product performance indicators.
    • Validate product concepts and solutions to ensure they address genuine customer and member needs.
    • Develop and present compelling business cases, product recommendations, and data-driven insights to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Monitor product performance and use findings to drive ongoing improvements and optimize outcomes.
    • Mentor and guide junior Product Managers, sharing product management best practices and supporting their professional development.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support broader product and business objectives.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience; an MBA is preferred.
      • 5-7 years of product management experience with a demonstrated record of successfully delivering products and driving measurable outcomes.
      • Proven experience delivering customer-facing products that improve engagement, adoption, retention, or measurable behavioral outcomes.
      • Experience using customer research, behavioral insights, analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities and validate product solutions.
      • Experience working with consumer-directed benefits is strongly preferred.
      • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to achieve product and business objectives.
      • Experience with APIs, platform integrations, data-sharing architectures, recommendation engines, or connected digital ecosystems.
      • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development practices.
      • Strong project management, prioritization, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
      • Passion for understanding market dynamics and proactively using data to evaluate existing and emerging opportunities.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and communicate compelling business cases to executive and cross-functional audiences.
      • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.
      • Highly analytical, customer-focused, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex product challenges.
      • Willingness to travel occasionally, including for required in-person onboarding.
      • Benefits:

        • Salary range of $120,500-$157,000 per year, with actual compensation determined by relevant knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
        • Performance-based incentive opportunities and restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package.
        • Fully remote working arrangement.
        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
        • Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution and matching.
        • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) match.
        • Uncapped paid time off.
        • Paid parental leave.
        • 401(k) matching.
        • Personal and healthcare financial literacy programs.
        • Ongoing education and tuition assistance.
        • Gym and fitness reimbursement.
        • Wellness program incentives.
        • Paid travel and accommodations for required onsite onboarding training.
        • Opportunities for professional growth, product leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
        • Inclusive environment focused on empowering people and supporting their overall wellbeing.
