Senior Product Training Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Training Specialist based in the United States.

This is a customer-facing learning role focused on helping thousands of customers successfully adopt and maximize a connected operations technology platform.

You will design and deliver scalable learning experiences across webinars, digital programs, and cohort-based training sessions.

The role combines facilitation, instructional design, product expertise, content creation, and data-driven program improvement.

You will make complex technology accessible and actionable for diverse audiences across transportation, construction, field services, and other operational industries.

Working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Education teams, you will identify knowledge gaps and turn customer needs into impactful learning programs.

Accountabilities

• Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based one-to-many customer programs, guiding learners through structured journeys from onboarding to advanced product adoption.
• Design innovative learning experiences that combine physical and digital resources with live sessions and online community experiences.
• Create new training materials and adapt existing content to reflect product updates, audience requirements, brand standards, and learning objectives.
• Use internal and external tools, platforms, and AI-enabled resources to improve training effectiveness, engagement, and scalability.
• Develop a strong understanding of the full product platform and confidently address a broad range of customer questions during live training sessions.
• Manage end-to-end live-session logistics, including registration, scheduling, facilitation, Q&A, interactive polling, and post-session resources.
• Partner closely with Customer Success and Education teams to develop relevant training content and communicate customer insights gathered during sessions.
• Identify recurring knowledge gaps across the customer base and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to address them through targeted education programs.
• Analyze engagement and program impact data to understand what is working, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine training experiences.
• Build and maintain digital learning assets such as video tutorials, job aids, presentations, and other self-service resources.
• Champion an inclusive, customer-focused, growth-oriented approach while collaborating with teams across a global organization.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in teaching, training, customer education, enablement, or a related field, including at least 1 year delivering one-to-many or scaled learning programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering live webinars, virtual instructor-led training, or other training programs to external audiences at scale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex product and technology concepts clear, engaging, and actionable for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles, including defining learning objectives, structuring content, and helping shape end-to-end learning programs.
• Experience creating digital learning assets such as video tutorials, job aids, presentation decks, and other educational materials using AI models, authoring platforms, and editing tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new products, technologies, and tools and independently determine the information customers most need to understand.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement and impact data and use those insights to improve content and programming.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and live sessions while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for polished, professional learning materials.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with webinar and virtual classroom platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with learning management systems, community platforms, or customer education content tools is preferred.
• Previous experience delivering SaaS product training is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to accelerate content development, improve training delivery, and enhance learning experiences.
• Must reside in the United States, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City metropolitan area, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

• Annual Base Salary: $80,622.50-$121,950 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
