Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Stock Plan Administrator based in United States.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the day-to-day administration and continued evolution of a global equity compensation program within a fast-growing, remote-first technology environment.

You’ll oversee stock options and RSUs while helping prepare the organization for future programs such as an ESPP.

The role combines hands-on administration with process design, compliance, employee education, and strategic program development.

You’ll work closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, executives, board members, vendors, and international stakeholders.

As the business expands through acquisitions and international growth, you’ll help build scalable infrastructure and controls that can support increasing complexity.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by improving systems through automation and technology.

This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to elevate the equity function rather than simply maintain existing processes.

Accountabilities

    • Own and continuously improve the global equity compensation program, ensuring it remains scalable, compliant, accurate, and appropriately structured for a growing organization with dual-listed operations.
    • Manage day-to-day equity administration, including stock option exercises, RSU vesting releases, and coordination with HR and Payroll.
    • Maintain the capitalization table and reconcile equity records across Finance, HR, Payroll, and the equity administration platform to ensure data integrity.
    • Maintain accurate equity records in Fidelity and conduct thorough reviews and self-audits of equity data and transactions.
    • Partner with HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure appropriate tax treatment for equity vesting and employee mobility across international jurisdictions.
    • Provide responsive, professional support to equity participants, including senior executives, board members, employees, and internal business partners.
    • Develop employee communications, educational materials, training sessions, and information programs that make equity compensation easier to understand and navigate.
    • Prepare executive compensation and beneficial ownership information for annual proxy reporting and maintain documentation supporting Section 16 Forms 3, 4, and 5.
    • Administer insider trading policy processes, including trading windows and restrictions across multiple stock listings.
    • Manage relationships with external equity plan providers, transfer agents, and other service partners.
    • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and improve the overall efficiency of stock plan operations.
    • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives, including the potential launch of new equity programs such as an ESPP and improvements to systems, processes, and program infrastructure.
    • Requirements

      • 8+ years of general and programmatic stock plan administration experience within a U.S. public company, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
      • Demonstrated experience building, enhancing, and scaling equity compensation programs, with experience launching an ESPP strongly preferred.
      • Strong working knowledge of global equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and employee stock purchase plans.
      • Excellent attention to detail and strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to validate data accuracy and review the work of others.
      • Proven ability to identify inefficient manual processes and implement automation or other improvements that increase accuracy and scalability.
      • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
      • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with sound judgment when working through complex or ambiguous situations.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executives, support employees, and communicate technical matters with external vendors.
      • Familiarity with AI tools and an openness to using AI to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency; experience with Claude is a plus.
      • Active Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is preferred but not required.
      • Experience with Fidelity PSW is a plus.
      • Comfortable working independently within a small, high-impact team and collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and external partners.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive base salary of $102,500-$150,000 USD, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
        • Equity as part of the overall compensation package.
        • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for U.S. employees.
        • 401(k) plan with a company matching program.
        • Paid parental leave.
        • Flexible paid time off, company holidays, and companywide summer and winter shutdowns.
        • Mental wellness resources and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
        • Learning and development programs to support ongoing professional growth.
        • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support designed for a productive remote work environment.
        • Remote-first work model for U.S.-based employees.
        • Free premium membership and tracking-device benefits.
