As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will lead large-scale customer deployments of advanced cybersecurity and Zero Trust solutions.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers improve security strategies, performance, and long-term platform adoption.
The role combines technical expertise, customer relationship management, deployment support, and strategic problem-solving.
You will collaborate closely with Support and Engineering teams to resolve complex issues and deliver strong customer outcomes.
You will also guide integrations with third-party technologies and adapt solutions to evolving customer environments.

Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for vendor-related issues, providing customers with clear guidance and effective resolutions.
- Lead and support large-scale deployment processes, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, customization, and ongoing adoption of security platforms.
- Provide product best-practice recommendations and architectural guidance to improve customers’ technical and business outcomes.
- Advise customers on scalability, performance, security strategies, and long-term optimization of their environments.
- Work closely with Support and Engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, accelerate resolution, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with integrating Zero Trust and microsegmentation solutions with third-party technologies and existing customer environments.
- Adapt deployment and configuration approaches as customer infrastructure, business requirements, and technology environments evolve.
- Brief customers on upcoming product features, enhancements, and updates, helping them understand the potential impact and value.
- Deliver or coordinate customer training in collaboration with internal training resources.
- Build strong, efficient customer relationships through proactive communication, operational focus, and consistent technical support.
- Develop deep industry and product expertise to identify innovative approaches and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Help customers strengthen their overall security posture through effective use of enterprise security and Zero Trust capabilities.
- 7-10 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a similar position.
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience with microsegmentation platforms, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), network security, or Zero Trust technologies.
- Experience working with major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity principles, and operating systems, particularly Linux and Windows.
- Strong enterprise technology experience, with the ability to operate effectively in complex and large-scale customer environments.
- Experience supporting deployments, configurations, customizations, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical recommendations and business outcomes.
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Support, and other cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills, operational discipline, and ability to manage complex technical issues through to resolution.
- Experience with Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer environments and evolving technology requirements while maintaining a strong focus on customer success.
- Base salary range of $112,500-$202,500 per year for US-based candidates, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location.
