Jobgether is an AI-powered job platform focused on remote and flexible work. It matches candidates with relevant roles using skills and preference-based algorithms, and also offers career coaching and job-search guidance.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (Region Delivery) based in Switzerland.

Join a fast-moving technical organization building infrastructure for the rapidly growing global AI economy.

You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of new compute regions and GPU clusters, from hardware handover through acceptance testing and production readiness.

The role sits at the intersection of hardware, networking, capacity, and platform engineering, requiring strong coordination across multiple technical teams.

You’ll operate in a high-ownership environment where clear accountability, decisive communication, and structured execution are essential.

Your work will directly contribute to bringing new infrastructure online reliably and on schedule for demanding AI workloads.

You’ll also help improve delivery processes and automate repetitive deployment and acceptance activities as the organization scales.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior technical project leader who thrives on complex infrastructure challenges and wants meaningful impact in AI.

Accountabilities

    • Own the delivery of new compute regions and GPU cluster deployment projects from initial kickoff through production handover.
    • Coordinate capacity acceptance processes, ensuring infrastructure availability, quota allocations, monitoring, alerting, documentation, and formal sign-off are complete before customer readiness.
    • Coordinate acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking, GPU, and other engineering teams, establishing clear ownership of testing activities.
    • Act as the real-time escalation point during live deployments, quickly coordinating the appropriate teams to resolve hardware failures, provisioning issues, capacity conflicts, and other blockers.
    • Establish and maintain clear contracts, ownership models, and responsibilities between teams involved in regional delivery.
    • Drive alignment across multiple engineering teams while maintaining momentum without relying on formal authority.
    • Identify delivery risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and blockers early, taking decisive action to keep projects on track.
    • Run structured, concise status communications that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into deployment progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
    • Drive continuous improvement across deployment and acceptance workflows, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes and increase delivery efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain clear documentation, processes, and operational standards that reduce ambiguity and improve collaboration.
    • Partner with technical stakeholders to ensure new infrastructure meets operational, performance, reliability, and production-readiness expectations.
    • Requirements

      • Proven experience leading complex technical projects, engineering initiatives, or technical teams, ideally within cloud infrastructure, data centers, compute platforms, networking, or related environments.
      • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple engineering teams simultaneously and drive alignment without formal management authority.
      • Strong project delivery skills, including planning, dependency management, risk identification, prioritization, escalation, and stakeholder communication.
      • Ability to remain calm, structured, and decisive when managing live deployments, incidents, technical blockers, or rapidly changing priorities.
      • Strong bias toward clearly defined ownership, documented processes, and proactive problem-solving rather than ad hoc firefighting.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical situations into clear status updates and actionable decisions.
      • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly technical environments where priorities and requirements can evolve quickly.
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when coordinating complex infrastructure delivery involving multiple dependencies.
      • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience with cloud or compute capacity management, GPU infrastructure, or large-scale data center deployments is a strong advantage.
      • Experience working with infrastructure delivery, hardware rollouts, platform engineering, networking, or production operations is highly valued.
      • Benefits

        • Competitive compensation.
        • Career growth and continuous learning opportunities.
        • Flexible working environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
        • Opportunity to work remotely from Germany as part of a Europe-based team.
        • International environment with highly experienced engineers and technical specialists.
        • Opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure supporting the rapidly expanding AI ecosystem.
        • Exposure to large-scale compute, GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and deployment operations.
        • Opportunity to shape delivery processes and introduce automation and operational improvements.
        • Fast-moving environment that encourages bold thinking, ownership, and continuous growth.
        • Meaningful opportunity to contribute to infrastructure that helps shape the future of AI.
        • Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunities and a diverse workforce.
