Accountabilities

• Test AI-based conversational products across functional and non-functional scenarios, ensuring product quality and reliability.
• Plan, design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor and improve quality assurance processes, ensuring established standards, procedures, and testing practices are consistently followed.
• Promote strong data-quality awareness across multiple teams and identify potential issues affecting product performance or AI outcomes.
• Evaluate model behavior and identify areas where improvements in accuracy or quality are required.
• Prepare detailed, actionable testing feedback to help engineering and AI teams improve models and overall product performance.
• Use automation and API testing tools to expand test coverage and improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate defects, communicate risks, and support timely resolution of quality issues.
• Contribute independently in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving testing approaches and technical skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional QA or software testing experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, including test planning, execution, and defect identification.
• Proficiency with automation and testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured.
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Java or Python.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with data during testing and validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and development tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable testing feedback.
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of tasks while working independently in a rapidly evolving environment.
