SR Analista Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SR Analista Salesforce Marketing Cloud based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to shape CRM and customer relationship strategies through Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a dynamic digital environment. You will contribute to multichannel customer journeys, communication programs, and strategies focused on acquisition, retention, loyalty, and customer value. The position combines campaign management, customer lifecycle thinking, data analysis, and continuous journey optimization. You will work across channels including email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS to create more relevant and personalized experiences. Metrics and performance indicators will guide improvements across marketing and sales processes. The role also involves close collaboration with different teams and stakeholders to evolve CRM initiatives and operational processes. It is well suited to a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional who combines analytical thinking, customer focus, and strategic execution.

Accountabilities:

• Support the development of multichannel customer relationship strategies, using CRM best practices across email marketing, push notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS.
• Develop and monitor customer lifecycle strategies covering acquisition, onboarding, product usage, loyalty, retention, and churn prevention.
• Build and manage customer journeys and communication programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using dashboards and performance indicators to monitor results.
• Define and develop communication programs and nurturing journeys that deliver relevant messages throughout different stages of the customer lifecycle.
• Support the development of customer lifecycle strategies, helping establish a clear view of customer needs, behaviors, and opportunities for engagement.
• Define and analyze metrics that support the evolution and improvement of marketing and sales processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor mailings and sales campaigns while supporting the operational processes required to maintain effective customer communications.
• Contribute to retention and profitability strategies, identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and prevent churn.
• Collaborate with relevant teams and stakeholders to continuously improve CRM initiatives, customer journeys, campaigns, and relationship strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst, with practical experience supporting CRM and customer relationship initiatives.
• Experience developing or supporting multichannel customer journeys and communication strategies across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and related channels.
• Experience with customer lifecycle strategies, including acquisition, onboarding, usage, retention, loyalty, and churn prevention.
• Experience developing and monitoring customer journeys and communication programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and interpret metrics that support marketing and sales process improvements.
• Experience managing mailings, campaigns, operational relationship processes, and performance indicators.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and business stakeholders.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model three days per week in São Paulo, capital, in the South Zone.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is considered a plus.
• Previous experience in pension, insurance, or financial services environments is desirable.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is a differentiator.
• Experience working with Scrum/Agile projects and familiarity with Atlassian and Google suites are considered additional advantages.
