This role is designed for a senior full-stack developer who combines deep software engineering expertise with practical experience applying artificial intelligence to development workflows.

Accountabilities:
The Sr. Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving software solutions while incorporating AI technologies into the engineering lifecycle. The role requires technical leadership, strong coding practices, and the ability to ensure quality, security, and maintainability across applications.
- Develop and maintain backend solutions using C# and .NET, preferably .NET 8+, including RESTful API development.
- Build and integrate frontend applications using Angular 19+ and connect them with backend services.
- Review, validate, and critically analyze automatically generated code to ensure quality and reliability.
- Use AI development tools and APIs, such as OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, and GitHub Copilot, to improve productivity and automate engineering processes.
- Create and orchestrate AI agents and workflows for code generation, task automation, and development acceleration.
- Design AI-assisted and AI-driven coding workflows while maintaining security, scalability, and code maintainability.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, KISS methodology, and design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, and Builder.
- Develop automated tests, including unit and integration testing, to ensure software quality.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Support distributed systems and messaging architectures using technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Service Bus.
- Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and docker-compose.
- Contribute to observability strategies through logs, metrics, and tracing using tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or ELK.
- Continuously improve development processes through experimentation and adoption of emerging technologies.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have strong senior-level software development experience, combining full-stack engineering knowledge with practical expertise in artificial intelligence applied to software delivery. The professional should demonstrate technical ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to building reliable solutions.
- Solid experience as a senior software developer, including code review, validation, and optimization skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools for software development, including AI APIs, coding assistants, and agent-based automation solutions.
- Experience creating and managing AI-powered workflows for development processes.
- Strong backend development experience with C# and .NET, preferably .NET 8 or newer.
- Experience developing frontend applications with Angular 19+.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, SOLID, KISS, and design patterns.
- Experience with automated testing strategies, including unit and integration tests.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Docker and docker-compose.
- Experience with observability concepts and tools for monitoring application performance.
- Experience with distributed systems and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.
