Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Training Coordinator, RCM based in United States.

The Sr. Training Coordinator - RCM will lead the development and delivery of training programs supporting revenue cycle management and related administrative functions.

This role combines instructional design, training coordination, systems enablement, and process improvement within a healthcare environment.

You will develop curricula, job aids, playbooks, eLearning, workshops, and presentations that help employees build the knowledge required to perform effectively.

Working closely with operational and quality teams, you will identify knowledge gaps and translate them into targeted learning solutions.

You will also support the rollout of new systems, processes, and technology updates while helping improve operational efficiency.

The role offers broad visibility across RCM functions and requires a proactive, organized professional who can influence learners and stakeholders at multiple levels.

Accountabilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training curricula across RCM functions, including accounts receivable, registration, cash management, customer service, payer contract management, and related administrative processes.
    • Create and maintain a range of learning materials, including job aids, pathways, playbooks, eLearning modules, classroom presentation decks, workshops, videos, documentation, and one-on-one training resources.
    • Partner with training and education leadership to establish measures that assess training effectiveness, identify employee and process knowledge gaps, and evaluate whether trainees can successfully apply the material in their roles.
    • Deliver and coordinate training programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring sessions are well organized, appropriately scheduled, and aligned with operational requirements.
    • Work with leadership and senior staff to understand specific training needs and translate business, process, and system requirements into practical learning programs.
    • Develop and coordinate effective training rollouts for new systems, processes, system enhancements, and application updates, helping employees adapt quickly and effectively to operational changes.
    • Manage incoming training requests from department leadership, coordinating coverage, scheduling, resources, and delivery to ensure training needs are addressed efficiently.
    • Create, use, and maintain detailed training preparation checklists and quality standards to ensure every training session is consistently prepared and delivered to a high standard.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance and operational teams to identify opportunities for improved employee knowledge, process execution, system utilization, and overall RCM efficiency.
    • Mentor newer members of the education and development team, support their professional growth, and contribute leadership and subject-matter expertise to broader training initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred, with demonstrated experience working in the healthcare industry required and anesthesia experience considered an advantage.
      • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management within physician practices is preferred, along with experience using athenaIDX or comparable healthcare revenue cycle and practice-management systems.
      • 10+ years of individual and team training experience is preferred, including substantial experience developing training materials, eLearning modules, curricula, and instructional programs.
      • Demonstrated experience managing curriculum development or eLearning development projects from planning through implementation, with the ability to coordinate contributors and take ownership of project outcomes.
      • Ability to assess training needs across departmental practices, procedures, and computer systems and translate those needs into effective training programs and supporting materials.
      • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, including the ability to direct trainees and other professionals in classroom or virtual training environments and accurately assess comprehension and application of subject matter.
      • Excellent written, verbal, technical writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive and detailed training information clearly and professionally to employees and management at all levels.
      • Strong initiative, creativity, motivation, and adaptability, with the ability to understand multiple areas of expertise and respond positively to evolving processes, technologies, and organizational needs.
      • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple training requests, curriculum materials, schedules, documentation, and project requirements.
      • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint, as well as Microsoft Teams and Visio; intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are also required.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote or office-based environment, including frequent computer use, sitting, hand and finger movement, and verbal and written communication.
      • Some travel may be required.
      • Candidates residing in California, Hawaii, or Alaska are not eligible for this position.
      • Benefits:

        • Base salary of $66,900-$113,700 USD annually, with the final offer determined by skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
        • Eligibility for an annual bonus, with awards based on individual and organizational performance.
        • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
        • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
        • Paid family leave.
        • Flexible Time Off (FTO).
        • Opportunity to work across healthcare RCM, training, systems enablement, and operational improvement initiatives.
        • Broad exposure to healthcare administrative functions, training technology, and process improvement projects.
