Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supply Planning Analyst based in the United States.

As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will support the development and continuous improvement of supply planning and inventory management processes across a broad operational network. You will analyze capacity, production requirements, inventory positions, and demand priorities to help align supply with business needs. The role combines data analysis, operational planning, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, sales, and finance teams. You will contribute to production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory modeling, and supply chain performance management. Your insights will help identify constraints, mitigate risks, and improve planning accuracy and resource utilization. This is an individual contributor opportunity suited to an analytical professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges in a collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Supply Planning processes and procedures within the broader S&OP process.
    • Develop and maintain rough-cut capacity planning and network capacity analyses at value stream, plant, and subgroup levels to identify constraints, capacity gaps, and opportunities to better align supply with demand.
    • Analyze manufacturing value streams and production flows based on changing demand characteristics and planning requirements.
    • Support production planning and scheduling by analyzing production requirements, inventory positions, capacity constraints, and demand priorities.
    • Participate in recurring production and supply planning reviews, highlighting risks, deviations from plan, and potential solutions.
    • Develop, maintain, and analyze supply chain dashboards and KPIs, including schedule adherence and attainment, On-Time Delivery, fill rate, inventory levels, days of supply, and other planning metrics.
    • Analyze planning assumptions and production rates, including hours per unit, efficiencies, and demonstrated versus planned capacity, and recommend appropriate updates.
    • Develop and maintain statistical inventory models to establish target finished-goods and raw-material inventory levels.
    • Support the development and maintenance of inventory policies, including safety stock levels, stocking strategies, replenishment parameters, economic order quantities, and Kanban sizing.
    • Partner with manufacturing, sales, finance, and other cross-functional teams to investigate supply, inventory, and capacity challenges.
    • Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support operational and business decisions.
    • Contribute to process documentation, workflow development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or another analytical discipline is required.
      • 2-5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operational Finance, or a related field.
      • Strong expertise in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning.
      • Experience working with best-in-class ERP/MRP systems, including system usage, calibration, and parameter setting.
      • Strong proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access.
      • Ability to analyze complex numerical information and communicate findings clearly to different audiences.
      • Ability to present information effectively to senior and top-level management.
      • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when working with manufacturing, sales, and finance teams.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop practical solutions.
      • Ability to make sound, timely decisions while considering relevant stakeholders and available data.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present numerical and operational information effectively.
      • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, openness to feedback, respect for different perspectives, and the ability to work constructively through challenges.
      • Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage individual responsibilities while contributing to team objectives.
      • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing operational priorities.
      • Occasional travel may be required.
      • This is an individual contributor position with no direct supervisory responsibilities.
      • Benefits:

        • Fully remote position within the United States.
        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
        • Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage.

        • Educational reimbursement to support professional development and continued learning.
