We are seeking a technically driven Front-end leader to guide the evolution of modern web applications and support engineering excellence.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise, architectural decision-making, and team mentorship to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
You will lead Front-end development initiatives, define best practices, and ensure applications remain performant, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
The position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy while working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
You will act as a technical reference, helping developers grow while improving processes, tools, and software quality standards.

Accountabilities:
The Tech Lead Front-end will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of Front-end development, ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, software development expertise, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead the Front-end engineering team by providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support for continuous professional growth.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor development projects, ensuring high-quality deliveries within expected timelines.
- Define Front-end architecture, technology choices, development standards, and best practices aligned with product objectives.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to production deployment.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Back-end teams to create effective technical solutions that meet customer needs.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, maintainability, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, incidents, and performance challenges.
- Drive continuous improvements in architecture, development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support product evolution and team efficiency.
- Support technical planning, prioritization, and strategic decision-making alongside leadership.
- Act as a technical reference for developers through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on guidance.
- Participate in technical hiring processes and contribute to building strong engineering teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Front-end engineer with strong expertise in Vue.js, modern web development practices, and technical leadership. This professional should be comfortable making architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating across multiple teams.
- Solid experience in Front-end development.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Vue.js and modern Front-end frameworks.
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Experience designing scalable Front-end application architectures.
- Knowledge of Git version control and Pull Request workflows.
- Experience with automated testing practices and software quality standards.
- Strong familiarity with development tools, including IDEs, terminals, debugging tools, and browser DevTools.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and software delivery practices.
- Experience conducting code reviews, defining technical standards, and making architecture decisions.
- Previous experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and developer growth.
- Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
- Experience with micro frontend architectures is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with application monitoring, observability, and performance optimization is a plus.
- Degree or specialization in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields is a plus.
