Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in United States.

This role serves as the technical counterpart to Customer Performance across a portfolio of existing customers.

You’ll own the technical health of customer accounts, including configuration, tracking, integrations, and data pipelines.

The position combines hands-on troubleshooting with proactive technical account management and customer support.

You’ll investigate data quality issues, pipeline failures, configuration drift, and other risks before they impact customers.

You’ll work closely with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to drive complex issues through resolution.

The role also focuses on creating scalable health checks, documentation, and processes that reduce recurring problems.

It’s an ideal opportunity for a technically strong, investigative professional who enjoys solving customer-facing challenges.

Accountabilities:

    • Partner closely with Customer Performance across an existing customer portfolio, providing technical context for account strategy, customer conversations, and risk management.
    • Own the ongoing technical health of customer accounts, including configuration, tracking, integrations, data ingestion, and the pipelines that support customer reporting.
    • Proactively identify data quality issues, configuration drift, pipeline failures, and other technical risks before they become larger customer problems.
    • Diagnose customer-specific issues by tracing data flows, validating assumptions, reviewing technical evidence, and identifying root causes.
    • Resolve technical issues directly when they fall within scope, or coordinate escalations through Support and Solutions Engineering with clear context, evidence, business impact, and recommended next steps.
    • Remain accountable throughout the resolution process, keeping Customer Performance informed and translating technical findings into clear customer-facing guidance.
    • Develop reusable health checks, documentation, and runbooks while identifying recurring issues that can be standardized, productized, or addressed through process improvements.
    • Help ensure customers maintain reliable technical foundations and provide Customer Performance with clear visibility into technical health, risks, and recommended actions.
    • Requirements:

      • Experience in a technical, post-sale, customer-facing position such as Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Support Engineer, or a similar role.
      • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities, with the ability to move from a customer-reported symptom to a clear technical diagnosis and practical path forward.
      • Technical fluency across data flows, integrations, APIs, web tracking, ecommerce infrastructure, and pipelines used to move and transform customer data.
      • Comfortable working with logs, queries, APIs, dashboards, and lightweight scripts to investigate issues, validate information, and test assumptions.
      • Ability to manage technical health across multiple customer accounts, prioritize investigations according to severity and business impact, and remain organized across concurrent issues.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to explain technical findings, risks, tradeoffs, and next steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with Customer Performance while coordinating effectively with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
      • A proactive, investigative, customer-aware mindset with strong ownership and follow-through from initial diagnosis through final resolution.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive compensation, with the final package varying based on experience, skills, and location.
        • Equity package in addition to base salary.
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision healthcare coverage.
        • 401(k) retirement plan.
        • Flexible paid time off policy.
        • 12 company-paid holidays.
        • 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
        • $500 work-from-home stipend to support a remote working setup.
        • Remote-friendly work environment with opportunities to collaborate across teams.
