Technical Product Owner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Product Owner based in India.

This is a high-impact product role focused on modernizing healthcare technology through AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.

You will act as the strategic bridge between product vision, business needs, and technical execution.

The role centers on Practice Management, combining deep healthcare knowledge with strong technical and analytical capabilities.

You will translate complex operational challenges into scalable product requirements, automation logic, and AI-enabled solutions.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help deliver features that improve efficiency and financial outcomes for medical practices.

You will also champion customer feedback, support product adoption, and ensure solutions are accurate, intuitive, and ready for market.

Accountabilities:

• Own and translate business and customer needs into high-fidelity functional requirements, technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and actionable product requirements.
• Drive the development of AI-powered logic, automation triggers, and intelligent workflows that improve healthcare practice operations.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and relevant data to identify opportunities for automation, reduce manual effort, and improve measurable business outcomes.
• Use SQL to investigate data, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support data integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, design, and other stakeholders to address edge cases, scalability considerations, technical constraints, and model accuracy.
• Coordinate alpha and beta programs, gather customer feedback, and incorporate the voice of healthcare users into product improvements.
• Support release readiness by maintaining source-of-truth documentation, product specifications, workflows, and training materials.
• Help ensure AI and automation solutions are practical, compliant, scalable, intuitive, and aligned with customer and business needs.
• Manage high-visibility initiatives independently while balancing competing priorities and maintaining strong execution standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare, medical practice management, healthcare technology, or a closely related environment, with a strong understanding of medical-office workflows and operational challenges.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, with the ability to validate data, investigate problems, identify patterns, and support data-driven product decisions.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating complex business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Product, Design, and business teams.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies, combined with the analytical judgment needed to design scalable and reliable solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts, business requirements, workflows, and technical constraints clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate edge cases and make sound decisions using incomplete or evolving information.
• Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-visibility projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence teams and build alignment around product priorities.
