Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vendor Sales Executive based in the United States.

This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and profitability across a portfolio of strategic vendor relationships. You will build strong connections with vendor organizations while expanding and activating a high-performing partner ecosystem. The position combines channel sales, business development, partner enablement, and strategic account planning. You will help partners become productive quickly, develop sustainable growth strategies, and remove barriers throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with vendor and internal sales teams, you will identify opportunities, strengthen pipelines, and improve conversion and partner performance. Success in this role is measured through revenue, profitability, partner productivity, and quota attainment in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Accountabilities

    • Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned vendor relationships, delivering against agreed revenue, margin, and quota targets.

    • Develop a strong understanding of vendor technology portfolios and identify opportunities to position complementary solutions across the portfolio.

    • Promote vendor solutions and clearly communicate the value proposition to partners and internal sales teams.

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned vendors, developing relationships across channel, distribution, product, sales, maintenance, and support functions.

    • Conduct regular business reviews focused on partner performance, execution gaps, and actionable strategies to accelerate growth.

    • Own the partner onboarding journey, ensuring new partners are trained, enabled, activated, and positioned to generate revenue quickly.

    • Lead structured partner account-planning sessions covering revenue goals, pipeline targets, enablement needs, joint-selling opportunities, and quarterly priorities.

    • Coordinate technical and sales training, certifications, and readiness programs to improve partner expertise and productivity.

    • Develop multi-quarter partner growth strategies designed to increase vendor share, improve performance, and strengthen long-term partner relationships.

    • Coach partners through sales motions, deal registration, quoting processes, and vendor programs to reduce friction and improve win rates.

    • Collaborate with internal sales teams to activate partners, identify opportunities, progress pipeline, and move partners toward higher levels of production.

    • Support internal team enablement and ensure relevant vendor accreditations and certifications remain current.

    • Monitor performance against assigned vendor quotas, with compensation tied to quota attainment.

    • Requirements

      • Proven experience in sales, business development, channel sales, vendor management, or a related commercial role.

      • Strong understanding of IT distribution, vendor ecosystems, channel partnerships, and partner-led sales models.

      • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and sales stakeholders.

      • Experience onboarding new partners or customers and accelerating their time-to-first-transaction and time-to-revenue.

      • Strong partner enablement capabilities, including experience with training, account planning, certifications, and ongoing partner development.

      • Demonstrated success driving sustainable revenue growth through structured partner engagement and strategic execution.

      • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue, profitability, and performance targets.

      • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

      • Ability to identify opportunities, solve commercial challenges, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

      • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple priorities.

      • Willingness to travel as required, potentially up to 30% of the time.

      • Benefits

        • $120,000-$135,000 OTE compensation opportunity.

        • Commission-based incentive structure tied to quota attainment, with a 60/40 compensation mix.

        • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.

        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

        • Life insurance.

        • Short-term disability coverage.

        • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.

        • 401(k) plan with employer matching.

        • Three weeks of vacation.

        • Seven sick days.

        • Twelve paid holidays.

        • Remote-first working environment with travel opportunities as required.

        • Full-time, exempt position.
