This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Product based in United States.
This is a hands-on executive product leadership role with responsibility for product strategy, innovation, and execution across a broad digital portfolio.
You will lead Product and Engineering while shaping a roadmap grounded in customer needs, business priorities, and measurable outcomes.
A major focus will be expanding the practical use of AI across products, customer experiences, and internal workflows.
You will guide the evolution of web and mobile experiences, digital products, and advertising solutions in close partnership with commercial teams.
The role calls for a technically fluent leader who stays close to customers, data, prototypes, and delivery rather than operating solely at a strategic level.
You will also develop high-performing teams, improve decision-making, and create strong alignment across product and engineering.
This remote-first opportunity offers significant influence over product direction in a mission-driven digital environment serving millions of users.

Stay close to execution: Engage directly with customers, inspect data, prototype solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and work with teams to ensure product decisions translate into meaningful outcomes.
Build organizational capability: Develop strong product and engineering leaders, establish effective ways of working, and create an environment where teams can perform at a high level.
Optimize for business impact: Prioritize investments based on customer value, company objectives, technical feasibility, and evidence, while being prepared to change direction when new information warrants it.

People leadership: Proven ability to develop talent, build strong teams, create followership, and lead with curiosity, candor, self-awareness, and low ego.
Communication and collaboration: Strong ability to align product, engineering, revenue, and other stakeholders around shared objectives and clear decisions.
