Accountabilities

• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the internal Finance knowledge platform in Notion, ensuring policies, process documentation, and guidance materials remain structured and up to date.
• Support the Accounting team with tax-related topics, applying knowledge gained through previous professional training.
• Take ownership of selected tasks within Accounting and Treasury and gradually expand your responsibilities as you develop.
• Prepare financial data, documents, and other relevant information for the Finance team.
• Assist with administrative and organizational activities across Finance.
• Help improve the structure, accessibility, and digital availability of financial knowledge and processes.
• Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement and digitalization of Finance workflows.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Steuerfachangestellte/r or equivalent tax/accounting qualification.
• Currently enrolled in a BWL, Business Administration, Finance, or related degree program.
• Practical experience in accounting and tax-related topics gained through your vocational training.
• Confident user of digital tools, with strong proficiency in Notion, Excel, and similar productivity tools.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to structure information clearly and efficiently.
• Independent, reliable, and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to approach unfamiliar topics proactively.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with different colleagues and stakeholders.
• German proficiency at C1 level and good working knowledge of English.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing tasks independently.
